  1. thanks for confirming, not a deal breaker obv 😂
  2. hi chuck thanks, but the issue is that these 2 URLs should show two different views of the same unread posts: https://discuss.cakewalk.com/index.php?/discover/unread/&view=expanded https://discuss.cakewalk.com/index.php?/discover/unread/&view=condensed the condensed view now looks the same as the expanded view; the expanded view shows more post info but loads less items and takes more scrolling and clicking "load more activity" to get through the posts
  3. thanks but that just zooms the whole page, i mean thes two buttons top-right:
  4. how many monitors are you using? recent opengl thread here - good luck
  5. https://discuss.cakewalk.com/index.php?/discover/unread/ cannot get out of expanded view, firefox
  6. yes, the devs appreciate all input, but have to decide what requests to prioritise based on a bunch of factors, so you may or may not see your own requests implemented, but don't stop asking
  7. you should consider updating the discogs entry https://www.discogs.com/artist/378507-Pat-Fish i like jazz butcher, but don't know much about bauhaus
  8. could do this half-way by splitting at the part boundaries?
  9. and david j and kev haskins guest on jazz butcher's (pat fish) second lp, scandal in bohemia (from which that girlfriend single is from)
  10. it's all great gruff's solo stuff is good too
  11. i think the vst3 folder is at least an attempt to make it consistent, but yeah plugin devs could do better - use manufacturer or product or category sub-folders, matching the plugin metadata when possible code-wise folder tree is the easiest thing for host to use/offer once you've scanned it
  12. does seem like an oversight to leave out sorting by folder tree, that hopefully would be an easy implementaion/addition
  13. "the noise from thousands of contributors"? have you checked the traffic here - it's mainly songs and deals, much less about the app than the old forum - it should be a doddle for someone to keep track, especially for an "online" company like bandlab... then they get to cherry pick the things that make sense or are already on the backlog... they do seem to be using some kind of agile/scrum development methodology, and regular input/feedback from users is essential to that /fwiw
  14. this ^^^^ the fewer emulations and wrappers involved the better (fwiw, i just wiped macos and installed win7 last time i did this, as i have no use for macos)
