  1. Nice layering of all the tracks - really good work. I agree that something could make the drums better, but they also work as they are.
  2. Very nice - made me smile. Nice hat!!!
  3. Good one Jack - I enjoyed the unexpected chord changes.
  4. Great first effort - truly amazing. If you could add a little backstory on the AI activity, that would be interesting to read.
  5. Vocal is smoooth. Good work.
  6. I have relatives who spend a few winter months down there. I'll hav e to ask them about the frogs! Very peaceful musical accompanyment.
  7. Wow Lynn - this is so cool - great vocal - professional mix. Steve
  8. Lyrics I see the future, in all its glory My droid has green eyes, his name is Henry If I had a buffalo Nickel for every time My dreams collided with stark reality I'd buy a super yacht and sail it Around the seven seas then right back home. I'd take a breath and try to calculate my fate. And hope I don't end up like Sharon Tate Shine when others tell you that the world we know is a ball of confusion Shine Maybe I will ponder, calculate and scheme I'll find a way to capture joy synthesize it in a jar and maybe I'll get Henry to do all the work. In case of failure or despair Take a generous spoonful from my jar And keep on dancing with great abandon Don't let them see you Just keep on tapping Mommas little baby will never cry Mommas little baby would rather die Just keep on shining There's a silver lining (Momma's little baby will never cry Momma's little baby would rather die.) Shine when others tell you that the world we know is a ball of confusion Shine
  9. A fanciful silly lyric finishes up this song. I hope you like it. I'm sorry I haven't been here to listen to a lot of your fine recordings, I have been a little under the weather for a few weeks, or maybe it is just getting old - hopefully not that! https://baselines.com/?p=6824
  10. Hi Freddy! Thanks for stopping by. I recently saw a documentary about mass extinction schedules past and future and it is a scary thought. Hopefully we won't be around for that one - that's a little too much adventure for me!
  11. Hi Bjorn - thanks for your comments. Yes that familiar riff was on purpose, just for fun. It was a Ventures song called Walk Don't Run. It just came into my mind while I was playing. Wow that must have been quite a shock seeing that billboard! Steve
  12. Thank you for the feedback Wookiee. Here are the lyrics. As we get older, we tend to think more about these things! We hold it in our hand Salvation is attainable No need to beat a dead horse down All that we need is faith Hope and charity If you treat others well Lend them a timely helping hand In desperate times of need You hold it in your hand Don't listen to that shite You know I'm ultimately right Don't let them foil your plans Remember who is number one Keep your eyes on the prize The spoils are yours to take. The choice is yours to make free will's a bitch no matter how your path diverges Will you be on the rise as others burn You hold the answer in your hand No matter what life hands you Someone else has a heavier cross to bear You know it's true so ... Let kindness be your shining guiding light The darkness, will tempt us the choices are shaded and obscured by forces that are hard to fight The choice is up to you.
  13. Hope it comes off in the matter intended...a juxtaposition of some people's interpretation on how to approach life in general. Not meant to be preachy, just a view into the angel and devil on your shoulders and the conversations that go on. End of Days
  14. Absolutely not. I come from a background of Customer Service. Perhaps that is not important with the kids today.
  15. Many, many pages of comments here. Can we ( I ) get a definitive word from management whether you will honor the perpetual license that I purchased before the Bandlab thing? It would be shameful if it was not honored. Thank you, Steve
  16. Very cool especially after a few beers
  17. Thank you for listening and the feedback!
  18. Hi Lynn! Thanks for your comments. I'm checking out everyone' comments and using them to make things better in the future. Steve
  19. Hi Bjorn - I'm going to have to investigate Klaus Schultz - sounds like a good challenge. I agree, getting synth sounds is sometimes an arduous chore of listening to a bunch of existing patches and the trying to meld them into shape! I always come away with some new trick when I take the time to learn parts as exactly as I can. There are some I give up on - I tried to do the Sherriff by ELP and was humbled! Steve
