Hi, I’m running AV Linux (newbie) and it’s working well so far. How do you install plugins from packages? Are those the same as repositories? Aren’t all of the plugins installed by default in AV Linux? I’ve noticed that not every plugin or program that’s included in KX Stutio is installed, for example. Cheers!

This thing is awesome. You gotta tweak the amps a bit but you can get some great tones.

Oh, ok. I think the Linux version needs to be compiled. How is the cpu usage? I still haven’t tested it yet, but I read it’s high.

There’s another version called SmartGuitarAmp which is way easier to install. If you’re not trying to create your own profiles I think that’s the better option.

I went for Violins 1 and 2 from Inspire 1! Great legato, may pick the full strings for 28 eur (no legato, though). Also picked up Majestic Horn for 2 eur. Amazingly scripted!

This guys plugins may be cheap but they’re pretty solid. Head Crusher is one of my favorite distortion units.
