BF IR Loaders - I'm tempted but ask myself why buy an IR loader?
sd replied to Doug Steinschneider's topic in Deals
Yes, importing one single ir at a time is quite ridiculous in my opinion. It needs tending to yesterday. I have some other workflow gripes with tonex for sure, but it's also pretty good for the price. -
They just sent me an email offering the bundle for $107 w/ code directly from their site … 🧐😩. I’ll most likely go for it * for studio bundle only. I’m out again! 🤣

I’m tempted to jump, but I’m so lazy I’m not sure if I want to sell duplicate licenses on knobcloud, for the 2 or 3 that I actually want…lol

I have a code, first dm gets it.

Diamond was @ $37 for me this morning, with a $25 voucher I could’ve had it for $23. Now they’re offering it to me for $399! Oh well…haha

I’ve definitely stacked multiple coupons, I guess not multiple “thank you” coupons, but it doesn’t seem too unlikely. I got the 1176 for $14, and have gotten a $25 coupon with every purchase I’ve ever made with them. That said, they do seem a bit spotty on who gets certain discounts etc. I jumped on the free polymax (& at this point own quite a few other plugins) and my creative edition bundle is still $299, so who knows?! I’m liking these fire sales they are doing now, though. That’s for sure.

I got one back. Did you check your cart? And yeah, you can stack multiple coupons.

Got it for $14.98. Couldn’t pass it up!

Aah shucks, I checked first two pages! My bad.

Didn’t see this listed, just passing it along. https://blackoctopus-sound.com/product/t-racks-mixbox/

I own an Apollo solo and it works for me, it does seem strange it’s only working for certain people.

It's working on my end. Not sure I'll pull the trigger... Pretty sure I have most legacy versions as well.

http://www.ableton.com use code: TapeOp50

It’s on jrrshop for $59 w/ code group bringing it $49. I may jump on it, because not much else is catching my eye drums this year.

Same. I believe you have to be a new customer, but dm me if ya want mine -
I used to have an mbox 2 around here somewhere, maybe still do! I don’t miss it, or pro tools 7 le! 😂 * I did manage to record lots of bad tunes with it! It was tough recording guitars with the latency between the interface and the ol dual core beast I had at the time…

I’ve been on guitar pro since gp5, so forgive me if my tux guitar knowledge is a bit fuzzy…I have worked with guys that were using it for putting their whole albums together and learned their workflow and it’s just what I’m used to at this point. I won’t try and sell you on it, but I guess aesthetics? You can import audio tracks with 8 as well . If you ever put together cover tracks from scratch. Export as pdfs for lessons. I would love it if you could export articulations, but it’s not too much hassle.

If you’re into playing guitar, (@ any level really) I’d say it’s worth it. I’ve been using these programs (powertab/tux/guitar pro) for too long to even remember, late 90s early 00’s , if I had to guess. Guitar pro 8 is pretty nice and the learning curve isn’t too steep. And yes, like someone mentioned you can export midi to daws for better vst/au backing tracks. Use it as a compositional tool/ use it in conjunction with a program like transcribe! for transcribing YouTube clips, etc. Lots of practice tools/chord/scale/arpeggio dictionaries. Tons of free tabs available at ultimate guitar (although beware of the accuracy / some tweaking may be necessary) So for $30 , I’d definitely recommend it

I mostly just lurk here and r/AudioProductionDeals, the vibe around here definitely didn’t feel the same! cclarry & batwaffel are next level for sure...😂

They’ve been partnered with e-instruments for a long time. Session Strings, Horns, Keys, etc...
