  1. Wait and see. Nobody here knows. This thread will self destruct in 5....4....3.....
  2. In that case I highly recommend you leave your installation(s) as they are. You run the risk of borking something which later proves a pain to rectify. As I said earlier, the space you reclaim would be negligible.
  3. ^^^ What Glenn said Using tempo events is a LOT more intuitive than using SMBAN I suspect you need something like this. You can get as creative as you want with different envelope shapes
  4. Best way by far. Just remember to switch W off when you've finished
  5. Can I ask why you want to do this? The amount of disc space you'd reclaim would be pretty small. And if you're really that short of space, I'd consider getting a bigger drive
  6. He has a Facebook page that is pretty empty https://www.facebook.com/cj.terrasin
  7. That's not entirely true. CbB had a maintenance update only last week. Bug fixes WILL be applied.
  8. We all forget stuff from time to time, and I would never dismiss any genuine question out of hand. We're all here to help each other. A shame it doesn't spill over into real life.
  9. This is the only part of your post I take issue with. The vast majority of users do not find it buggy or unstable. I haven't had a crash since the days of X1 - a LONG time ago in DAW world. Maybe you could share your experience regarding what you find buggy or unstable.
  10. Have you signed in and out from the help menu?
  11. Shouldn't make any difference. The sidechain inputs should still be exposed no matter what other sends are present Here I can send from Track 6 to the Comp on Track 5 even though there's a send to the Delay bus present
  12. Are your VST's in the same path(s) that are referenced in the scan dialog?
  13. Did they say no? Or did they say they're undecided? And collecting data?
  14. No solution, but it's absolutely fine here with Win 11 and latest Sonar
  15. You can probably achieve the same result using Screensets. Just hit the relevant number (1 - 10) to instantly access the stored view
  16. Very top right of your screen, under Workspaces, set it to NONE
  17. It's only a case of "here we go again" because you're like a bloody dog with a bone and won't let it go.
  18. I would have the thought it's obvious. They are waiting to see how many people sign up for the current Backstage Pass before they can decide on the resulting pricing structure. That's what I would ahve done if I was in charge.
  19. Have you experimenting with the different colour themes? There are several to choose from. I like this one
  20. Function wise it's practically the same. There are a few new features - Mike Enjo has done a summary of these on his Creative Sauce page. But the gui is now based on vector graphics which at the moment aren't 3D, which a lot of users don't like. I happen to like it. After a few days working with it I came to appreciate the clean lines everywhere.
