  1. 1) It's well past time to upgrade to CbB. Probably won't fix this, but it won't hurt either and there are tons of bug fixes & refined features in the meantime. 2) If you have sample rate mismatches, you will get drift. 3) All your different audio sources have different clocks and this is not helping either.
  2. Those Bastards! Just when I thought I was done getting new stuff for awhile!
  3. Are you doing this while the project is playing back?
  4. Install X3 on the new computer and then install CbB.
  5. Along those lines, I would also add: don't make perfect be the enemy of good enough.
  6. I have had good results recording acoustic guitar and Bouzouki with the iRig acoustic mike. Does a pretty good job of isolating the instrument. You can also make a booth out of moving blankets which, while not perfect, helps considerably. I have done that in the past. I made a frame out of PVC pipe and hung the blankets with tarp clips and shower curtain rings. Blackout curtains on the windows help some, too.
  7. You need to use ASIO. Also, you need to make sure that other apps running in the background aren't interrupting what you're doing. Antivirus are some of the worst.
  8. What happens if you select "left" as the input?
  9. Real amps or sims, doesn't matter. The principle is the same.
  10. Practice your singing technique. You'll have much less fixing to do.
  11. Get a real audio interface with real drivers for it. ASIO4ALL is nothing but problems and bluetooth is too slow for realtime audio.
  12. Betcha your problem vanishes when you ditch that junk cable for a real audio interface.
  13. The easiest way to make a million dollars as a musician is to start with two million.
  14. Coming back around. A is for Anthrax
  15. I have no issues with doing that.
  16. Skipping ahead a bit: R is for Rush S is for Soundgarden RIP Neil Peart. RIP Chris Cornell
  17. N is for Nevermore
  18. You didn't make that clear before. That sounds like too much latency. You probably need to adjust those settings. Also, like John says, you should always have the sync set to audio.
  19. You should be using your ears, not your eyes to stay in time.
  20. Playing Devil's advocate, "professional" just means they got paid do do something, not that they're necessarily any good at it.
