  1. Thats strange seeing that its compatible with hi speed USB too.
  2. Your Asio needs to match that of your DAW which than goes in to Autotune. So, your buffer size needs to match. You Asio buffer size, You DAW buffer size and your buffer size in Autotune. This mean: If your Asio driver is the only driver selected in Windows as the primary drivers - set that sample rate according to your DAW which would than go into Autotune. What you're running in your DAW needs to match that in your O.S. From there you can adjust and match the buffer size in both your Asio drviers and in Autotune - depending on your Audio Insterface drivers these can be set independently. For instance with Focusrite Asio drivers whatever you change in the DAW change in windows too and also true the other way around. RTM of autotune. Try to disble that annoying Windows Defender too. Mine is permanently disabled. PS: I have no issue in regard with recording live vocals with Autotune with these settings.
  3. Well . . . that is why you route the input echo channel to another audio track to record it with the effect. Most rappers an even singers prefer this way of recording. My system handles this with absolutely no issue if you do your setting correctly as i have said above.
  4. I sometimes record rappers in CbB. Make sure your sample rates are in sync'd. Recording bit deph should match that of your Asio>Daw>Autotune.
  5. It is extremely important to have your sample rate in windows exactly the same as in your audio application with SSD (also in general.) Then of course theres the obvious noticable setting: Which ever sample setting you had per project that was aaved needs to meet the exact same rate as your asio driver. Theres also that annoying Windows Defender. Disable it entire, by Enabling the setting in Local Group Policy Editor - you can do some research on this or watch youtube videos on how to do it. Last resort: Reinstall the M-Audio Asio drivers and make sure it is the only driver selected in Windows 10 and your DAW(s)
  6. They are old. We need a new historical one to talk about for eons. ? Call if you need help.
  7. No, Nein, Ingen, Nej, Não, Nee. This topic has been touch on throughout this thread since page 1. Management have made everything crystal clear already. Further information on the pricing will be announced in future announcements.
  8. ? This is a polite way to tell everyone to move on ? "Next."
  9. True. But you dont need a plugins though. The plugin will be faster, but its not needed. ?
  10. Edit: So is varispeed. Tape type Varispeed. Users just need to learn how to use it. I wont say its a hidden feature, more like one that is forgotten. I've been using it since i got my first copy of Cakewalk X1 LE.
  11. I feel Netflix is busy planning to negotiate a movie deal about this topic alone. ??
  12. Read the previous posts earlier in the topic on this matter. Just scroll to the beginning.
  13. No CbB, stays CbB. SONAR gets revived with new features and a new face. Thats it.
  14. My wish for NEXT is that its aimed more towards the HIP HOP and EDM Producers and Sound designers. The notes on the website does say its comes with built-in samples which i already like alot. I just hope its raw samples for us to mix and alter to our taste. I'm not a fan of samples that are "ready mixed." Sonar on the other hand - I have high hopes for it. I cant wait for the launch and I hope its not as cluttered as before. A Nice clean and Sexy interface is what keeps one glued to ONE DAW.
  15. Thats why CbB is coming out with its final update. This will be the last update to the free Daw you are using now. Sonar will be the DAW that will continue to be worked on and get new features every year. This has been said and explained numerous times. Cakewalk by Bandlab (the free DAW) will continue to work and be free with it getting its last and final update. Sonar will be the DAW that will be priced. It is the one putting on its makeup and glitters for its launch soon. Next is the "newborn" DAW that was created from scratch. The baby of Cakewalk and Sonar. It cant yet hold its head up straight by itself, that is why a few members will be selected to test it out before its public release. Read the announcement and website people.
  16. If only $4.99 was on the tables. I've got my coat and my beenie.
  17. The team is working on the "Software" not the website ?
  18. Are you guys perhaps creating a video on the new Sonar and Next products?
  19. Ah! Thanks. You're so kind! To be in Fanboi mode is better than being in grumpyboi mode all day. Fanboi for life. W.
