Leaving It All Behind A little traveling music. This is another song with ChordPulse generated backing tracks. Thanks for listening/comments. -Bjorn

This is really good Paul. The accompanying bits play off the vocal very well and the story line has a lot of promise. Hope you keep going with it. -Bjorn

Thanks Jack. I appreciate the comment. -Bjorn

Wow, very impressive take on the Berlin sound, my friend! Didn't expect the cymbal crashes that fit in so nicely with the outstanding drum track. One of your best I think. -Bjorn

Memories of Summer Backing tracks from ChordPulse (similar to Band in a Box but way simpler). ChordPulse came up with a lot of instrumental tracks I'd never think of using like vibraphones and electric pianos but they sounded pretty good so I kept them in. Kontakt Zebra Addictive Drums Korg Triton extreme vst Cherry Audio Elka-X Thanks for listening/comments -Bjorn

I totally enjoyed listening to this one. Great job! -Bjorn

I had to look up "Thelema" and now the lyrics make some sense. As always an outstanding production from Nigel, both visual and musical. -Bjorn

Always enjoy your tunes, Markku. This one sounds a bit reggae to me. -Bjorn

I like it. Very cool in its own unique style, kind of B-52ish. -Bjorn

Quite the difference between the two Larry. I like esp how the guitar doesn't get muffled out like it did in the 1st version. Good job! -Bjorn

Steve, you always have such interesting stuff on your channel. I think you did the right thing by leaving this one instrumental. Don't see how lyrics would make it better than it already is. -Bjorn

Well done, young Grasshopper! -Bjorn

Larry T and Jeff thanks for the comment and suggestion. Good point about adding some bottom end which I'm playing around with right now. Thanks Jack Steve I really like the "dream induced phrases" suggestion. Got some ideas on that. Jesse thanks I appreciate the comment.

Mesmerized Kind of minimalist so best if listened to just before bedtime. Like other songs I've written this one uses an arpeggiated bell sound with a bit of delay. Don't know why but it's really trippy, at least it seems that way to me. I mostly like the way it came out but seems like it needs something more? Thanks for listening/commenting. -Bjorn

Kseniia Prostitova - Я искала тебя (Live - Cover)

What Jesse said. Agreed. Beautiful song and performance. -Bjorn -
Kevin, good job on the song. Having the listener interpret the lyrics is a great technique. Kind of like a Rorschach test I suppose. -Bjorn

The up and down notes make me picture a bird slowly flapping its wings as it soars overhead. Nicely done Wookie. -Bjorn

Great job on creating such a dreamy mood. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I didn't notice the 8 min length. But if I had to offer a suggestion I'd say it needs a stronger chorus. The verses stayed with me after the song was over but I was missing the thing that ties it all together, maybe just a phrase with a stronger hook, something like that. Just one man's opinion. -Bjorn

Rex, when you said your songs sometimes sound the same I thought of Paul McCartney's Silly Love Songs and his "what's wrong with that" lyrics. So there you go. I agree with Andy about the panned guitar effect which kind of took me out of it. The rest is top notch as usual. -Bjorn

Jeff, that's pretty amazing! In addition to the finished product and the music, I like how you showed how the printing is done - good camera work there. -Bjorn
