  1. Just tried a transform with the transform rectangle surrounding selected and unselected CC events. Both selected and unselected events transform when changing the transform rectangle.
  2. As per title. Transform tool adjusts events even if they are not selected. Not sure if this is by design or an oversight.....
  3. My mistake. Yes it is version 2. Title corrected
  4. You have just replied to a two year old thread. You would be better off starting a new thread. Mention your PC configuration and what you have tried so far.
  5. I might be wrong on this, but I think the reason UVI make us download the whole thing is that UFS files are like image files that contains an entire disk structure - complete with folder and files. It's a bit like changing the content of a zip file or a RAR file, or even a VMWare image file. A program would have open the complete archive, make the change, then re-save the entire archive. Probably not ideal..... but it is what it is. Maybe drop an note to UVI to see if they are open to doing it another way that does not involve downloading humongous files.
  6. I have to wonder who would ever pay MSRP for any of these plugins that go on sale a lot.....
  7. As per title Update Via UVI Portal or download direct from your UVI account (for me, direct from UVI account is quicker) Note: 27.1 GB download
  8. Are you using a workspaces? Workspaces store Keyboard Shortcuts. This means that, by default, loading a workspace, also loads the Keyboard Shortcuts stored in the workspace. In the Workspace Manager, for any workspace that you use, under “Load from workspace”, deselect “Keyboard Shortcut” This will prevent your Keyboard Shortcuts being overwritten when those workspaces are loaded.
  9. Requires Kontakt Full 5.5 or later.

    RX 10 is here

If you’re using any VST2 versions of RX8 modules in project, then keep RX8 installed. RX10 dropped VST2.
  11. Of all the steps I outline if my replies (Which I have tested as working) what part are you getting stuck at?
  12. This has to be something simple In preferences - MIDI - Devices your MIDI port that the Motif XF is connected to is present and enabled. In preferences - MIDI - Playback and Recording - tried both MME and UWP (I find MME to be most reliable) Set your MIDI track's input to the MIDI port that the Motif XF is connected to. All MIDI channels set to 1, (Motif XF, MIDI track input. MIDI Track, VSTi synth - or at least to Omni ) Local Echo on All volumes up No Controller events turning down volumes in MIDI track To get the MIDI Monitor in the tray, preferences - Customisation - Display > enable “Show Audio/MIDI Device Change Notifications” under “Other”
  13. This is why I disable Windows defender and use a third party solution instead (Malwarebytes Premium) My PC stay on , and connected to the internet 24/7 (been that way for decades with a reboot ever now and then) - no issues so far.
  14. Is your Behringer plugged directly into a USB port or via a USB hub? Have you got the latest drivers for the Behringer? What operating system are you using? Is Roland Anthology 32bit or 64bit?
  15. What about your audio interface? What driver mode (ASIO or WASAPI) ? What sample rate, bit depth and sample buffer size
  16. I have never had this issue in Cakewalk by Bandlab. We need more information about your PC specs (see my signature for the type we need) Which version (numerically, don't just say “the latest”) of Cakewalk? Also, what are you trying to automate? Which parameter(s), which plugin. Are all of your plugins 64bits?
  17. FM8 does not crash. F'em can (confirmed by tracktion support). F'em is scalable. FM8 is not Choose your poison.....
  18. I still use V1. Will for a while.
  19. I believe that a patch/bank controller lane in the PRV that can look up patches as defined by a VST or an INS file would be much easier. Patches are easier to look up by defined names than trying to remember what patch number is assigned to what patch/bank - especially when you are using a synth that has over 1250 patches (which I do). Until then I am just going to continue using the standard Insert Patch/Bank command to insert patch/bank changes.
  20. At the same location where you set Xpand2’s MIDI track’s input to the Virtual controller, set it to the Keystation and to MIDI Ch. 1 (not Omni) Make sure the Keystation is transmitting on channel 1 Set the MIDI channel of the Xpand2 MIDI track to Channel 1 (rather than the default “None”) This is all assuming the Keystation is visible and selected in Preferences - MIDI - Devices, under “inputs”
  21. This is call quick groups. You can adjust multiple track's parameters by holding ctrl while adjusting that parameter. This works for many parameters, not just level This is single lane controllers. This view can be reverted back to multi controller lane by heading to PRV menu - Vew - Show Multiple Lanes Note: I am the opposite. I use many controllers in each MIDI track. Multi controller lane view made these hard to work with (each land was too narrow). In fact, I only updated to Sonar Platinum when single lane controller view were introduced. I have only ever used Single Lane Controller View in PRV. I could not even imagine going back to Sonar Platinum for MIDI editing.
  22. Is Dim pro listed on your Cakewalk Command Centre?
  23. As above Download directly from here: https://www.uvi.net/uvi-workstation.html#download Or update via the UVI Portal
