Among those who own this synth: What's your opinion on it? Should I add it to my wishlist? It seems to polarize people. The main negative issues that get mentioned are the bad GUI, the licensing system (though that seems to have improved) and the terrible customer service. And I've read that people are concerned that if they use presets that have melodic sequences for their commercial productions, they might get sued, because the Terms of Service say: And surely melodic sequences that are embedded in a preset are melodies too, right?

Why are Avenger packs so expensive? Even at half price they seem expensive to me.

Using the same location for both programs is an idea, but requiring the users to use some kind of hack to achieve the desired behaviour isn't optimal. Arturia has spoilt me with Analog Lab, I guess. Also what I love about Analog Lab is that if you own the synth, you can jump right into it from within Analog Lab and edit the settings, then jump back. And it has the engines for all their synths. Tracktion should try to achieve that, in my opinion. It's what makes Analog Lab so attractive. Even though I own the V Collection, I often prefer to open Analog Lab rather than an individual synth, because it has all presets in one place.

I can't test and tell because I have neither. But I might buy one of them one day. I liked the demo version. Just want to know in advance how well they play together. Buying the player first and upgrading to the full version later would only be attractive for me, if they both played together well.

That shows that they can't see who already subscribes and who doesn't. Also, often when there's this kind of "subscribe to unlock" type of thing, it's often sufficient to click the button and then close the window that opened, without subscribing or anything.

I don't think that they can check if you're actually following them. "Limited time" means for a week, btw. Too bad that the 20% are applied to the subtotal. That means if you have some rewards cash in your account, use it, and thereby go below $50, you can no longer apply the code.

Well, according to musicsoftwaredeals.com it hasn't been this low since last year and even last year that price was only available for a week. So it won't get much cheaper than that probably. To be fair, they only list Audiodeluxe for that software.
