With most media players, you can put an album cover in a file called "folder.jpg" and put that in the same directory as the music. Or, most of the newer audio files actually embed the cover art right into the audio file itself.

To be pedantic, the guy's using a bunch of pedal boards, not just one big one. This one "only" has 96 stomps on it, but it's only one pedal board! (And you won't catch me trying to dance around this one either!?)
