  1. There is a demo I think @vechung
  2. You are most kind sir thank you oh yes there would be no classic rock songs without his particular progression, it just gets warped when play with synths and whats played arpeggiators.

    Confusion

Vocal stands nice a clearly on this @Douglas Kirby, I sue parallel comp on my drums and Bass buss all the time, really helps give some punch to them both. Mix is good here, nice one
  4. I am with Tom of this it sounds like someone has placed a 48dB/Octave low pass on this and cut off everything above about 8K. It could also do with some lyric if you intend to leave those pauses between featured voices. either that or increase the use of featured voices.

    Compulsion

Another track that groove eased me into the day, having been roused from a haze at 04:30 this morning because our lovely hound decided a patrol of the property both inside and out was needed. Mix is very effective @Kevin Walsh. Not sure the furry ears are awake enough to catch all the lyrics. I like though I even went back for a second listen.
  6. Quite a daring start hard pan left. Nice I enjoyed that made the furry ears say stop what you are doing and listen properly.

    Democracy Blues

Nice @freddy j another nice track to start my day easy bit of blues a with an important message, nice one sir.
  8. Another pleasant starting track, nothing springs out for obvious comment.
  9. Another pleasant track to wake my furry ears from their slumber.
  10. This may sound strange but that was a pleasant start to the day. All ways hard to write for someone close, thanks for sharing.

Well Tom as so many did not hear it I went and had a quick listen and I can hear it. Here is the chain Guitar Rig 5 Pro with AC Box and Matched Cabinet and some vintage Verb, into AudioThing's Outerspace Distant Sea Preset (Tweaked this is an emulation of the Roland Space Echo) then into Arturia's Flanger BL-20 Fast Mod again Tweaked. Now perhaps if you want to listen you might have an idea what you are listening for, squeaky bubbles I would say describes it. Thanks for the ears and comment you are most kind.

It is there buried in the back sometimes playing chords sometime picking a little, try listening toward the end it is a little more apparent there and it heavily disguised with delay and phase.. Many thanks for taking the time to have a listen and comment.
  19. That was a very pleasant interlude to this afternoon.
  20. Nice cool groove again @Bill Campbell very clean mix nice and open, though it does sound a little centric here on the Adam's I can hear you have widened the EP support I just wonder if the leads could do with a touch of Pan or widening and/or stage positioning themselves. I will add this did make the furry ears smile for the start.
  21. Not sure I would call them dance tunes, though you could dance to them Kevin. I had the misfortune to do some DJ work back in the days of KC and the Sunshine Band and the other bands you mentioned. Vocal on One, Two, Three, Four sounds a little strange here like you recorded it somewhere else.

Kurt do you use a Global Reverb? I find if you use a buss reverb, totally wet, that everything, including the bass and drums, has a little bit and I mean a little bit sent to it, you can create a single soundstage for all to sit in. I got this from a Sound on Sound article last century works for me.
