Nectar 3+ Unmask Assistant Not Working

I am trying to use the Nectar 3+ Unmask Assistant within a song using the Relay plugin to define the masking source but although the process starts and hears audio, it never completes.

Any ideas why or suggestions how to use this feature successfully?

Have you tried over at the Izotope web site to ask for help? I have used Nectar 3 but not tried the unmasking feature.

Hi reginaldStjohn,

Yes but they don't support Cakewalk by Bandlab so I thought I'd see if someone else was experiencing the same issue.

Try using nectar 3 on both tracks as well as relay see if that works

So, Relay is on the track you want Nectar 3 to “listen” to as the masking signal, and you select it in Nectar in the Unmask module. What  do you mean “it never completes”? It begins the unmasking and then stops unmasking?

Mine is doing exactly the same, but Nectar 4 :-(

I haven't used the unmask feature either but just checked this out quick. Nectar needs to be on the track you want to unmask and Relay needs to be on the source you want to unmask against. If you are running a loop on any of the material you are working with, be sure to set the loop points to the selection you choose (Shift-L)... when I first enabled looping it defaulted so short that the unmask feature couldn't run properly.
