pwal³
i've a lyric in my head, i can whistle the tune but for the life of me can't pin it down, late 60s folk rock/bluegrass, female singer: "you've got to be the devil, to satisfy my soul" (prolly inaccurate) - -any ideas? (it was sparked by cc rider post) tia
User 905133
Never Mind. I just checked the lyrics and though the devil figures prominently in the song and there's talk about deals with the devil and souls, its not the song you have stuck in your head. Xoo
Bit later than 60s (1977) but there's a bluesy song called Devil Delight on Heart's Magazine album which has lyrics like that.
