I think it's a small company and they worked in the last years on XO. Either they can't work on both or they are working on a follow-up and we don't know it yet.

I got it the other way. If it's on par with Toontrack, I probably don't need more of the same from another company.

They probably won't. 249$ was a great sale price to get V8 without an upgrade, which is less than my upgrade price from V7 to V9. Wait for the 99$ upgrade sale down the road like the rest of us.
