  1. Snap working fine here! Ah, the beauty of CbB, tailor it to suit your needs! t
  2. @Marc Cormier assuming you are running Win 10 (works in 7 also): From Control Panel, its a bit harder to find in 10, you need to create a "recovery" disc CD or thumbdrive. Then you use Backup and Recovery (win 7) to create an image file, you store that on a separate drive. Once you have done that, pull the old C drive, insert the new one, boot from the "recovery " disc and follow the on screen prompts. tom
  3. Are you set to “snap by” instead of “snap to”? I never use “snap by” but occasionally it raises its ugly head. Why; good question... tom
  4. I have all that and more! Still have the floppies to install professional 3.0 🙃 t i am not a hoarder, Not a Hoarder!
  5. Baps, I’ve blamed you for many of my bad GAS decisions, this is one rabbit hole I’m not going down. Man, I hope you get some value here, I truly do. t
  6. I can see why you’re frustrated, the band looks/sounds to have had some potential. This, and the others, are good tunes. So 👍’s for that. t I know the answer but, you’re the bass player; right? For me we’re on the verge of bass heavy, and a bit light on the vocals. So leave the bass alone and give me a couple of db on the vocal buss. But, your tune, your production.
  7. So I took a listen to a few over at SoundCloud, I’m assuming you’re the guitar player. Beautiful touch and tone. But (man I hope I’m not sticking my foot in something here) we need a little more structure. If soundtrack is what you’re aiming at, you’re close. On this tune the 6 sec lag before the track starts, the ending; I hope you get my meaning. I realize this is a work in progress, but I think a bit more development will attract a lot more attention. As I said, nice touch and tone... tom
  8. Evidently for you they go by cranking out some tunes. I’m in for a 👍 or two. I’m liking the funky piano. t only crit, I’d let that fade out tail out just a bit longer. Maybe SoundCloud is cutting it off?
  9. I think Lynn’s comments were spot on. Nicely done John, tasteful guitar work, good tone. SD3 is working it out for you. Are you programming from scratch or using the search function. I’m getting a handle on the “midi drop zone” myself. 👍’s t

    WaveLength

Not a 135 guy myself, but the ‘57’s in a 339 I owned were light years better than the ‘burstbuckers in a R7 I had. I tend towards Fralins mostly, closest I’ve found to the paf’s I had back in the day. ( this is according to my wife who has suffered through countless hours of my playing and “big guitar hunts; then and now). fusion is not my go to when I pick up a guitar, but I’m fluent enough for a 👍’s on this tune. well done t
  11. Kind of fell through the cracks here. It happens. 👍 from me t
  12. A little late to the party here, but glad I found it! 👍 from me t im still waiting for the downbeat after that last snare hit. Always leave wanting more! cool
  13. You definitely caught the Hendrix vibe! fine stuff, no doubt about it. and you actually had a little help from the bass player! Only time Jimi got that was from Cassidy on Voodoo Child ( the slow one) 🙃 t

    Exposed

So how is the wah triggered in THU? I would have missed the transposed vox and assumed it was a synth; cool effect! (damn I wish the iPhone didn’t insist on correcting my spelling!) great tune Lynn. for whatever reason I feel a kind of Joe Walsh vibe... t
  15. Yes, I do believe that would be a perfect venue... Well done Wooks! t PS: finally got my iPhone to connect to BandLab on Friday, only got halfway thru, had to come back today to finish. just as good (actually better) the second time around!
  16. Yes, just like using Melodyne. t
  17. FWIW, I had “issues” with AmpliTube3x64 and had/have to run the 32 bit version with JBridge, no latency issues that I remember. tom
  18. That’s Kirby! 👍’s Doug t I should know the chord your playing on the “so very far”, sadly I must admit I can’t snap my fingers and say... I’ll sit down when I get home and “finger” it out (no pun intended, or not...)
  19. I don't know why, but the single note lines reminded me of whale songs, then the chords hit and I was reminded of 1983 ( a Merman I should turn to be). again, I don't know why............ 👍's t I am not, but I don't know why... 🙃
  20. In theory, VST3. ST3 had issues with the VST3. I installed just the VST2 for ST4. Maybe someone can/will enlighten us. tom
  21. 250gb for OS, (using EVO’s). no samples on the “C” drive. Use a “junction” for those apps that insist on using the C drive for samples or IR’s. I want to say both “Cats” are 60 gigs OS. t
  22. Very nice Peter, much enjoyed. t don't cost any extra to drop a like and comment over at YouTube, just so's ya know; ya know?
