  1. Sometimes when you have so many things "lying around" it gets harder to remember what you already have! 🤣
  2. That's a dangerous combination! Skippy has decades of professional sound design experience, including with KORG, that speaks for itself. Dr. Dunne is a PhD in computer science with a number of patents to his name. https://getdunne.com/ When Skippy asks if there is a way to do something new, Dr. Dunne usually makes it happen! We benefit as users of Unify to some groundbreaking new music technology!
  3. They cannot take any additional funds as that was never authorized by you. Typically they will make good on any sales that were mis-priced and eat the difference. Or they could always just refund your purchase, but that's not as customer friendly.
  4. Look in your iZotope account overview online. Does your account reflect the products bundled in MPS? I bought the MPS 4 from iZotope and the details of that bundle are listed in my account. If I click on a purchase order the 3rd party serial numbers show up. In my case that is Exponential Audio, Groove3, and Melodyne. Don't know specifically about Plugin Alliance, but I suspect it's similar... probably as soon as the MPS bundle gets added to your iZotope account those serial numbers are available for you to register at the 3rd party websites.
  5. I already had Waveform 11 Pro, but decided not to do the full upgrade this year as I do not need all of the Pro features. Instead I added Waveform 12 Free, plus the MIDI Producer Pack. I got that for $25 (with the discount code: FRIDAY22) and it gives me all of the MIDI tools that Waveform Pro has. https://www.tracktion.com/products/waveform-free-expansions This year the Waveform Pro 12 features are all available in 3 separate expansion packs [Recording Engineer, MIDI Producer, Synth Pack] that you can add to Waveform Free to customize it with only the features that you need: https://www.tracktion.com/products/waveform-free
  6. I would list Unify at the top for developers who continually add features and improvements at no additional charge to the user. Next up would be the developer of Scaler. Both very useful products that keep getting better! There may be others, but with the relatively low cost of entry combined with very active support, these get my best buy rating!
  7. Pricing error on the first go-around ($4.99). You gotta be fast around here, LOL!!! 🤣
  8. If you own Voltage Modular and buy additional modules for VM, they are automatically downloaded to your VM "library" when VM is launched, if you are online and logged into you Cherry account. But if you just buy a standalone Cherry Audio synth, they do not include any VM modules. There are some VM modules available to purchase that are similar to a few standalone synths, such as the SEM (Eight Voice), and Vintage Voice Bundle (VM2600 and DCO-60), and Polymode. That list is growing and those are just examples. By comparison, if you are looking for that option inclusive you will find some Softube synths are "modular ready" and provide modules for Softube Modular. Edit: the post above mine was made as I was typing this up. I was trying to access the Cherry site to confirm a few details, and it was running slow today... @User 905133made a good point that I omitted that you can host VST plugins within VM so lots of flexibility there!
  9. I've got F'.em and Biotek2. Good stuff! Have tried the demos of Novum, Abyss, and Hyperion. Novum is on my wishlist. Its a niche product that is unique, powerful, and can definitely make some interesting granular and spectral sounds from one sample. Try the demo! https://www.musicradar.com/news/novum-is-an-exciting-new-softsynth-with-endless-possibilities
  10. Update: Got this mostly sorted out! The libraries have been ported to v2, but if you bought a v1 library from a 3rd party seller, you will not be notified about the update by Mntra. You will need to login to your account from MNDALA 2 and enter the original serial number that the seller sent to you. The library will then be available to download in v2. The library tab will show all libraries owned and their install status. Frcture was a special 30-day freebie from a year ago, and is no longer available. Doubt that Mntra will update that one, however it still runs fine in v1. I will have to contact Mntra upport regarding Orakle. I have a 3rd party license that worked OK in v1, but v2 says it's not valid. Strange! Atma and the original Ultrasonic Death Whistle moved over just fine for me. 🤔
  11. Agreed! This synth sounds great! The only legitimate complaint might be that the original CS-80 front panel was massive and complex, so a virtual version is likely difficult to fit well on a small computer screen. I do find it quite usable on a 27" HD monitor. But anything smaller might be a challenge, especially on a laptop display panel . I also have the Arturia CS-80 V, but I think they will complement each other well! The GX-80 has 1,000+ factory presets, so lots to explore!
  12. I see that the Super Synth Pack is still out of stock. But they are still selling Loom 2 for $20, no coupons available. https://www.jrrshop.com/air-music-tech-loom
  13. $5 for Loom 2? You bet! That's a no-brainer. Probably the only synth left in the AIR legacy lineup that I would consider unique enough that nothing else compares to it. Too bad they never updated the preset browser. But still quite worthwhile for an additive synth!
  14. MNDALA 2 is worth trying. It seems stable and is now capable of also authorizing and downloading your products, so the Pulse downloader is no longer an extra hoop to jump through. V2 appears to be VST3 only. The only limitation at the moment is that the Mntra team have not ported all of their libraries to MNDALA 2. So I am running both versions side by side. A work in progress. EDIT: The libraries have been ported to v2, but if you bought a v1 library from a 3rd party seller, you will not be notified about the update by Mntra. You will need to login to your account from MNDALA 2 and enter the original serial number that the seller sent to you. The library will then be available to download in v2. I discovered this the hard way! 🙄 Rasa is a free instrument that works in v2. Check it out.
  15. Open a support request here... Support@cakewalk.com
  16. I used their code "BFD1-2499" to pick up Knifonium for $24.99!!! Dealio!!!
  17. Now if only FabFilter would jump aboard the $24.99 train!
  18. So that means at least not for 35 more days (until 2023).
  19. Semantics. I don't own the primary modules that these 2 are dependent on, yet the breakout/expander were offered to me for free. That is teasing ME!!! 🤣
  20. If you buy a crossgrade/upgrade directly from IK, doesn't it get automatically registered to your account?
