Couldn't resist and got this finally..... It's a brilliant instrument. As someone who has played the actual harmonium instrument, I must say, the folks at 8dio have captured every nuance of the instrument. The multiple articulations are just awesome, which will give you an authentic feel of the actual harmonium. Additionally there are some beautiful presets which can inspire one to use it in various innovative ways. The NI harmonium, bundled with Kontakt, is also good and authentic but compared to it, the 8dio version is very detailed. The NI version though has a different purpose as it comes as a part of the India Ensemble, which includes the santoor, the sitar and various percussions and has various accompanying loops. If you want to get a detailed instrument, which is as close to authentic as it can get, you can go for this one.

Yeah, most of their other amps you can get for pretty cheap. Some of them like the Grind Machine (which is more like a simulator pedal) are damn good and have a lot of options of amps and cabs.....

So, it's a very old library, but how does it compare with Spitfire or Heavyocity stuff? Although mostly I'm using it for my rock/metal tracks which doesn't require very deep articulations, unless it is symphonic metal, I want to learn scoring and create purely orchestral numbers in the near future. So should I wait for BF for a better library at a discount or would Miroslav be good enough for my requirement.

This is an excellent package...... Yes DB33 is a superb Hammond emulation and I use it multiple times in my tracks.... Hybrid is my go to synth most of the times and it's actually pretty good for learner's too..... Velvet 2 is a humongous electric piano suite and honestly, you can spend months just tweaking the various sounds therein.... And the AIR effects are cool too..... Very low on CPU and decent sounds
