Hi gary,
Thanks for listening. It was the lead guitar @ 0:45 - 0:59. The bends weren't coming back down correctly (they were staying a little sharp).
There were a couple of other small things too.
The disappointing part is that I didn't pick it up from the beginning 😓 - oh well, I'll need to be more vigilant wrt tuning!
Glad you sorted it.
When we are mixing our own personal stuff we miss things because we are so used to the song.... they dont pop out.
Thats why its good to have other ears listen -
@jbraner  thats a lot better.
Nothing jumped out to me at this time... so youve fixed it.
Well done.
Which instrument was it? Second guitar? -

Gary,
I've been made aware of a few tuning issues - and patched them up with Melodyne.
If you can be bothered - could you let me know if you hear an improvement?

@garybrun I think the ears become more sensitive to jarring sounds and odd pitch as part of our self preservation. As one get older one get a little slower better to react sooner than later that strange sound might just be something hunting for lunch.
Thank you very much for your time and your ears, (Sorry if i hurt them  ) I appreciate your comments to.Thanks for you understanding pal.
Thats quite a good explanation there regarding that I may be lunch 🙂- 1

Very nice Gary ,  It sounds Much more polished now. The added harmony was a nice boost. I do think a low octave vocal  should be used to reinforce and thicken a lead vocal and not stand out so much on its own , unless you're specifically going for an Oak Ridge Boys type of gospel group song. Just my personal preference... I still loved it.  mark
Thanks @mark skinner
To be honest I dont know what sort of sound I was going for... just my sound.
I cant really harmonize... but could do the bass... so I thought I would try that to see if it worked.
Was thinking of using the bass vocal to echo some phrases in the verses instead of using it in the chorus's.
Once again thanks for taking the time to listen.- 1

Very spooky stuff. clever.
It felt nightmareish!!The older I get the harder it is to listen to music like this (disjointed)Â and I mean that in a positive way.
Is it because we are sat at our benches listening to music in a standard melodic way??
The strange thing is when Im doing live work every-week I can spot an instrument out of tune straight away and it cuts through me.
Also find I dont enjoy concerts if a band is out of tune etc.
Are we influenced by our daily listening preferences that we are not able to a certain existent to appreciate other kinds of music???
Some might not call it music?? My grandfather wouldn't for sure... lol
One genre I cant get into is trash metal... its just a massive noise to me.
So there is not a misunderstanding I am not knocking wookies music... just bringing up a theme about music I have been thinking a lot about lately.
How to appreciate other genre.

Ahhh perfection. This is indeed a beautiful song -- vocal performance, lyrics/story, instrument and instrumental performance. Love that bass in the BGV's!
Thanks so much Freddy.

Really nice song. Like the pacing and the relaxed vibe to it. I am wondering if I'm hearing a bit of vocal clipping in it? Example, at the 1:31 mark?Â
Overall, I like it a lot, and the backing vocals are a really nice touch. Great stuff.
Rob
I agree with clipping... Â I thought I had heard it... Â but too long on the speakers today.
