How does one UNINSTALL certain waves plugins? I tried this, but no go ( the manual route described ) https://www.waves.com/support/uninstall-waves-products TBH many are these freebie one knob things that I never use. I only want to hang onto about 4 or 5

I plumped for this .. $19, about €16 .. needed it in a new track we are working on for the Piano part. Lovely sound. BTW where are the included IRs installed?

The 4GB zip file is of PROPRIETARY Waves .wir files only, so not sure they work in anything other than waves products?

@dee Im not sure its an INSTA COMPOSER issue. Its more how FL Studio handles midi channels. For example in Cakewalk its easy. Just set the input of each vst track to INSTA COMPOSER Ch1, Ch2 and so on. Then turn on input echo / input monitoring on ( Circled in yellow in image below ) the instrument tracks used to hear them in INSTACOMP when you press play. Done So maybe a question over at the FL Studio forums. I tried it in FL Studio also ( not my primary DAW, CW is ) .. same result as you, so I am sure it is a routing issue in FL and how it handles midi ports / channels

I would imagine you are NOT setting the Input Midi port on the target instrument VSTi. See the InstaC manual:

A song is usually made up of repeated parts ( EG Intro, Verse1, Chorus, Verse2, chorus, Bridge, chorus Chorus ). So the 10 bars you talk of would be enough for a VERSE which, as a part, will be repeated 2 or 3 times. Then you need a Chorus ( repeated ) and a Bridge, maybe an intro Surely with Insta Composer ( from my viewing of the run through vid above ) you can start with your 10 bars, save that "pattern" then noodle around with the features to make a different part based on the initial 10 bars and so on. Any of these programs are not meant to build a song / hit for you from start to finish. They are for ideas to spur you on and at minimum help you to find nice chord sequences that sound well together

Chord Track only included in PRO. But this solution means having to use another DAW to generate the midi THEN import into CW rather than a plugin doming same inside CW

I would be coming from the more generative non theory knowledge side of things. I have seen some saying get both because they are different in a sense. Chordjam more on the generative happy accident end?
