My comment on the auto-tune was in regard to the first Asterian demo (the duet). The second demo was just off pitch (to my ears). I guess the composer's choice, considering that SynthV should be doing what it is told to. Artistic choice I guess? At any rate, not a good sales pitch (pun intended) to me. I did listen to several of the artist's YouTube performances, and I was not that impressed beyond the basso profundo stuff (envy confession- I sing bass, but not BASS). I will certainly be looking forward to hearing what folks can make with the new library though. I hope they prove my first impressions wrong

SynthV and Solaria are still my VI software picks of the year. I am frankly dumbfounded by that latest Asterian demo though. Now I know why the first demo was so heavily autotuned. I certainly won't by jumping on that one early to save $10. Very disappointing.

While I was researching I saw that Reveal Sound offered the Spire synth plus an additional preset pack for $129. That preset pack is available separately for $30. Any suggestions on "bang for the buck" presets from Spire fans are welcome. There seems to be a lot of construction kit cruft among the offerings on the Reveal site.

Their system is kind of a head-scratcher, even though they spell out how they arrive at the bundle prices. My All-FX bundle price is $700 , but the Everything Bundle is $608. I understand that the price drops for my "Everything" because I already own MDrummer and MSoundFactory. Still...

As @TheSteven said, IL no longer creates/offers VST versions of their plugs, BUT- FL Studio itself can run as a VSTi as either a single or multi-out device, allowing relatively simple access to any of the FL instruments. Perhaps this is why they stopped devoting time to individual VST development. Note that FL Studio as a plugin is only offered as a VST2 device currently, but it is 64 bit.

Seems a bit odd to include UVI Model D and NI Gentleman for a mini two octave keyboard. I want to see a demo of Fantasie Impromptu. On a serious note, DAW integration looks kind of neat. Might make a pretty nice pairing with a laptop for portable fun. I have been using a Korg Nanokey, which IS tiny, but really sucks as far as playability.
