  1. Maybe you should try taking a look at the documentation instead of just blathering. A lot of changes can happen in 15 years and it's really only your fault and not Cakewalk's if you haven't been keeping up.
  2. In Germany "light" beer refers to the color. Not to The taste or the alcohol content
  3. These guys have a sampled D5: https://beatmachine.co.uk/vst-synths.html
  4. Doesn't matter anyway b/c CW has always been Windows only.
  5. Didn't IK Multimedia just release their software emulation of those rigs? Too bad they don't qualify as freebies in the group buy!

  7. I like cats because they have the ultimate "don't give a flying F***k" attitude.
  8. Written by some moron with no sense of context and who is apparently incapable of understanding the concept of ironic narrative.
  9. What happened to no poly ticks?
  10. Dyscalculia. That's what I get for not using a calculator.
  11. This sounds like an Izotope issue, not a Cakewalk issue.
  12. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but how do you know? Have you priced any? If they are really good, reference quality headphones. Never let "I'm just..." be an excuse for putting forth anything less than your best effort.
  13. Hitmaker: Christian Black Metal. Hitmaker: Christian Gangsta Rap Hitmaker: Easy Listening Hardcore Punk
  14. "Flat and boring" is exactly what you want in studio monitors.
  15. That's not a quick fix, its a poor bandaid. The fix is to make sure that your input and output routings are correct and to pay attention to your input echo.
  16. You have to use the "MIDI learn" function. Its in the documentation.
  17. Update your thread title with "SOLVED." That lets everyone know that you found a solution.
  18. Many Orchestral libraries use CC1 to control volume and you have to write that data into your track.
  19. Keep in mind what I gave you is the real short version. The long version is considerably more detailed and more nuanced. If you're interested. It's not that professional engineers don't care what the music sounds like on the other end. They care very much. Very very much and they spend a lot of time and effort in making it sound good.
