  1. I'll guarantee he wasn't the one who had to maintain all those 24 track tape machines he fantasizes about.
  2. You got to wonder about the mentality of some a****** who will create a whole account just so he can make two troll posts and disappear.
  3. It looks like you're running it as Administrator. Don't.
  4. Blackmagic Design offers a bunch of free training materials: https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve/training The whole thing walks you through putting an entire short documentary movie together. If you decide to try DR, be warned: pay close attention to the system requirements or you will NOT have a good experience.
  5. OMG. Look how high up those cymbals are. And how far away what I'm guessing is the ride.
  6. No. I know how to look. Basic research skills. Do they not teach such things in school any more? Not logical in the least, since Cakewalk, inc. no longer exists. How do you expect to get support from a nonexistent company? ??? What does that even mean? I get that you are frustrated. I showed you exactly where to go to submit a support ticket. If you choose to somehow take that as an insult, that's your problem, not mine. You're welcome. Have a wonderful weekend.
  7. Nowhere? Took all of about a minute to find.
  8. Gotcha beat. 9 guitars. 2 basses. 1 bouzouki. 2 hardware synths. Drum kit, including a Ludwig Acrolyte snare, Zildgian K/Z hihats & a Sabian HH raw bell dry ride. Plus a couple amps & some miscellaneous percussion dodads. Oh, I almost forgot: 2 Doumbeks. And a proper audio interface.
  9. The OP is gone and ain't coming back. He didn't come here for help. He just came here to snipe.
  10. Aha. I will have to give that a shot. Hopefully, I can try that out in the next few days. I managed to get the one I was working on done; I had things in different states of muting, etc.
  11. Oh yeah, I forgot. We're not allowed to suggest that people save themselves hours and hours of frustration by making a moderate investment in proper equipment.
  12. It ain't the software, its you.
  13. Now I know you're full of s***. Cool Edit got bought out by Adobe in 2003 and renamed Audition.
  14. I guess RTFM is a waste of time too.
  15. Oh, no. I hope it isn't one of those garbage USB guitar cables. I didn't think of that. PS: Beat ya to it!
  16. https://www.digitalsoundfactory.com/ 30% off everything. Among other things, they have the old E-mu and Ensoniq sound banks. The company is run by one of the guys involved in the original development.
  17. Also make sure to completely uninstall ASIO4ALL!
  18. First thing is you should be using the ASIO driver that Focusrite supplies. You also don't say much about your computer. Laptop? Desktop? What brand? Some are much worse than others about loading them up with bloatware that hogs resources. You gotta uninstall all that crap.
  19. File> Open> [Folder]> [File name]. Just like every other Windows app in existence. http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=Introduction.23.html#
