  1. Nor will you. Not legally. It is WAY past time to update anyway.
  2. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the armpits of these spammers.
  3. ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Like he said: get a real audio interface. Problem solved.
  4. And I don't want to give the impression that I am against doing so. I have certainly spent a couple of dollars on various hardware emulations to go after a certain sound or vibe. I just want to emphasize that skill should be one's primary consideration. Once you learn the principles and techniques, then you can get whatever plugins you want and you will know how to use them to get great results.
  5. In all honesty, I must say that the only carrier I've ever had problems with is the US postal service. I've had stuff come clear across the country in a day and then take almost two weeks to get to me. Also, back in the dark ages when you used to mail checks, I've had payments for things be late because the mail carrier wouldn't pick up the damn outgoing mail.
  6. My wife thought about applying at FedEx once. Then she went over there and took a look at them....
  7. I think you should disallow people from using their email address as their username or publishing it in their posts. This forum is publicly viewable and that is a prime way that spam bots get people's email addresses.
  8. I'm sorry I don't have an answer for your question, but I do know that every spam bot in the world now has your email address.
  9. How would Sweetwater having a West Coast distribution center fix lazy and incompetent FedEx drivers?
  10. https://bandlab.github.io/cakewalk/docs/Cakewalk Reference Guide.pdf
  11. Yeah. You should ditch AVG because it's nothing but spyware anyways.
  12. That's perfect. Lots of churches hire ringers for their choirs. That's right they hire pros and put them in the middle of each section. Everyone else naturally gravitates toward that strong singer. Make yourself a guide track and sing along to that.
  13. The stuff that comes with Cakewalk is more than adequate to get a good sound and to learn with. And a high end luxury car at that. But they don't do so without knowing what to do with them. It IS NOT NECESSARY to spend money on more plugins to get good sounding mixes. These same producers and engineers could make great sounding mixes on a cassette portastudio
  14. I'm sorry you wasted your money. The solution is to get a decent audio interface from a reputable manufacturer and follow the instructions in these videos:
  15. Or you could get some voice training and have no concerns with either TOS or flakes ...
  16. Are you using the proper driver from Yamaha? Bingo. If you are recording only one track of piano, WASAPI should be ok but as soon as you want to record more than one track you have to have a proper audio interface with a proper ASIO driver from the manufacturer. Whatever alleged "ASIO" driver you used with your onboard sound chip is complete garbage. Did you watch John's videos? He explains all this very clearly.
  17. If you are a beginner I recommend saving your money and working on your skills instead.
  18. What audio interface do you have and what driver mode are you using? Also, what digital piano do you have and how is it connected?
  19. Oh God. People can barely drive in two dimensions; last thing we need is them attempting three.
  20. Just make it simple and cut/ paste. If you did that you'd be finished already instead of wasting time trying to be all cute and clever about it. The paste dialog already lets you specify exactly where to paste.
