  1. Surprised that my other DAWs had updates before Cubase. I don't care how it's much better for midi but I'm not a fan of Cubase. Their hub is annoying. Two clicks to exit the program. Click on Reaper or FL Studio and you are ready to begin.
  2. So far they have yet to make it simple to put RE content on a separate drive and that's gonna be a lot of bloat on the OS drive. This is another DAW I rarely use but for some illogical reason I've had a license since 4.
  3. At one time non stick coatings killed pet birds. We grew up with iron skillets. In some areas people use electric stoves and the higher end stoves don't allow for iron skillets.
  4. I never buy solo string libraries because to make them really work you need to have a good understanding of how the instrument work. The are far more articulations for strings than winds. From tutorials I've seen stuff like Fabfilter, Izotope is used to polish up. I think that Spitfire BBC Discover demonstrates that size does not always equal quality. It sounds great for a 300mb library.
  5. That was/is a bad habit for me. I'm now turned off by bloat. I avoid them if there are no midis. I had over 100GB from one producer. I started to delete all of the wav files, kept the mix files, but converted those to mp3 just in case I wanted to duplicate it.
  6. I came from a generation that was exposed to more germs. I never buy antibacterial products either.
  7. I wouldn't like wearing a mask in a gym. At one time many gyms were not affordable.

EQs - I've seen known producers who do tutorials and more often they are using built in EQs. 2. Orchestra libraries - if you do this as a hobby like who cares what sounds you use?
  9. Some of us have paid for a Wusikstation 10 upgrade that we may never see. I'm sure that was part of the harassment he has gotten.
  10. I decided to use my rewards and get Serum. Usually with the PB freebies I prefer to buy something I will actually use.
  11. I always look for a "doubting Thonas" in any deals thread.
  12. They are a money pit with their frequent paid upgrades. You also pay more if you skip a version.
  13. The download came with an authorization key. Strange that opening this synth it did not ask for it.
  14. I think for me that worked maybe once of twice. It's almost useless.
  15. I would never buy something that has a micro USB port.
  16. It's there in your account. You have to really big for it.
  17. So far I'm passing on these. I thought I would go back and watch Harmor tutorials. I was up to lesson 50 in Syntorial then I went to the hospital. I need to start over.
  18. Who in their right mind does that? Probably professionals.
  19. I have Kontakt stuff distributed on separate drives. I'd rather do the clicks than this.
  20. Every time I buy a loop library. They sit in my downloads folder for weeks. I audition a few of the sounds and then send them off to my 3 systems. I've started to delete by 9 Volt Audio and Loop Loft folders. The ones I buy usually have midi files so I delete the wav files except for the mix files so I know how they are suppose to sound.
  21. That was an easy pass for me. Still balking on Serum.
  22. I did a lot of stuff at the turn of the century with Digital Orchestra Pro, then Sonar, while using a Turtle Beach soundcard,
