  1. Audio snap is not intended to work on lengthy wav files. Shorter clips/takes = better results and a more natural sound it will give. This is the same for EVERY other daws as well. If you have a 4 Measure/Bar recording, cut it up by Bar/Measure - then edit it per clip. Also make sure to bounce these clips individually on their track before you export it. Even in Logic and Protools theres a communication issue between Audiosnap and export with certain tracks even if the desired track is freezed. Always duplicate and mute the clone track as well before you do an export.
  2. Comping works just as expected - unless things have changed while ive been gone. I see we're on the same build still though. Comping works in conjunction with your loop points and I always use it with punch in and works great - well, the last time i still used it. Dont think it has changed. It overwrites the region you want to replace as it should.
  3. Bounce the clip. It should combine all lanes to one clip withing the track.
  4. I gaved gou advice here. Then you go and insult me here, but I get a warning? Wookiee can ban me for all I care!
  5. If a file was recorded with two of the same mics, both L&R channels will be balanced. Using two completely different brands - Rode or Telefunken: The sensitivities of thes are different, so the dB of each channel in the stereo field will vary.
  6. You can split it yourself. What if you dont want the stereo track to be split on import to save some track space | OR | because it doesnt need extra work done on it?
  7. LOL. You cant go wrong with Sweetwater. No1 destination.
  8. This might help you. https://www.sweetwater.com/c808--Mixing_Control_Surfaces I have the Akai MidiMix. Havent used it in a while since the completion of the studio in the backyard.
  9. Your health should always be a priority. Yes, although composing, mixing, playing an instrument or singing is a form of meditation for some - it still puts a strain on your health. I always take an hour break if im more than 2 hours in the studio.
  10. It is a NO from me too - sorry. I also dont see how this will be easier on your "Body." The golden rule is to take breaks in between.
  11. If you know the tempo of the audio file, this shouldnt be a problem.
  12. For me its always a plugin that is on the Master Bus.
  13. The title sounds like an Ad. Holy Waffles! ? Phew! I was ready to buy something. ?
  14. Yes, its the same process basically. The only thing that might be different - will be the workflow.
  15. You have to enable the Syth Property Page.
  16. What works in one DAW, will work in all of them - this all depends on your creativity. You will need some external samplers and sample players.
  17. Just save it as the default template with the metronome disabled.
  18. ?I was expecting to get this reaction - NO LIE! ? All you need to do is to put your creative hat on. With the spread you have gotten there . . . place a L and R instrument that's panned hard on the sides and put them in pre-send, then mix the send level in with the rest. I love it on bgvs. Try their other free products as well - Especially LENS.
  19. It's actually crazy that they provide a free one. I too have it. for just little over a year.
  20. @HOOK Perhaps this would satisfy your needs as an alternative to Soundstage. Panagement Reverb (LINK)
  21. Just replace the BFD3 with a similar Drum Synth. FWIW: I have found recently that most times it is actually an effect on the "affected" track, these bugging programs give. So, try to bypass the effects bin and do a test export. If it exports without failing, you know its an effect. The job then will be - to replace each effect one-by-one with another giving it the same settings. If this test still fails, go ahead and replace the entire synth on the channel.
  22. And I have been using it for 4 years. Great to see you here again Scott. How did the last meeting go with the CbB team? Hope its positive news. Dont give too much away. ☺
