  1. Boy, there's a lot here to digest Colin. My guess that is why so little response to the thread. I'll be back now and again to complete the journey. t only wish that I were so prolific...
  2. Radio friendly, or radio fiendly? Spring has sprung! Roll, roll, roll... t merrily, merrily, merrily
  3. Left my like, ?'s and ? over at BandLab... t
  4. You'll need a 4mm brad bit (to slide thru the body to mark the neck; its in the manual) and an 1/8" brad to drill the neck. Shown is a 3/16 and 1/8. the 3/16 is a little "proud" of 4mm and might bind in the body. You can see the point on the 3/16, its there on the 1/8. Yeah, good luck with that ? t
  5. Their product, their business model. I bailed on WAVES years ago; never looked back... t
  6. You can have links to both. And I agree that leaving the prior mix up is a good idea. t As to editing the title (had to jump in the way back machine to find a thread I started). Hit the "edit" cue. The "Title Box" will be at the top of the page, type in the new title. This is only available on the initial post; simples!
  7. Not my genre, but I 'get" where you're coming from... t
  8. Hey Jack, What VSTi's on this one? If I'm honest the sound quality, length and repetitive nature of the melody made it impossible for me to stay with this one. Sorry, but I'm keeping it "real" my friend... t
  9. Enjoyed the listen. One note, after On a sweet spring night in New Orleans the next line walks over the top of Orleans. I think maybe I'd put a measure in there to separate those two lines. Your song, your production... t

    Nicely done Rik! t
  11. Left my like and comments over at YouTube (did you, my fellow forumites?) ? t one tiny crit; I'd slow the tremolo down a wee bit..
  12. It's coming together nicely Barry. Sounds like you're doing one more mix. I would suggest when you post it: 1) Edit the title to the thread to reflect that there is a new mix. 2) Put the new link in the opening post so people find it. (I would also put the new link in a fresh post, like you did with 03.23 just my nickel98, too often those who have already listened and reviewed don't go back to the thread if there is nothing new noted in the title... t
  13. I retired (then sold) it years ago. I had a “Gold Limited Edition” and I don’t remember it being any worse than your average tube amp. Maybe I gated it with an Alesis 3630. t
  14. Yep! Big improvement sonicly Freddy; Love It! t BTW Freddy, I had downloaded the original mp3 so I was able to compare the two...
  15. Digigrid D is an interface. Uninstall the driver, you don’t need it! BTW, this section of the forum is where threads go to die… t
  16. New instrument for you, what about playing lefty? t
  17. Nick, the work you do is certainly not in my wheel (3 minute Roocker myself). But its growing on me! Enjoy watching you work. t
  18. Yep! Interesting one Jack. keep up the good work... t
  19. Use a “brad” drill bit, it’s got a little “point” on it. Put that point into the mark left by center punch. And yes, a drill press is the best (only) way to get the hole square. t

    Trust

Every VSTi has its "quirks" on at the 127 mark. t
