I have to reopen Melodyne for notes to show up
DeeringAmps replied to T Boog's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
You're not alone in that. Pretty much how it works here. I just put up with it... t -
I realize this is not exactly what you are seeing, but... When I run through the module selections in the Pro Channel all the VKFX (with the exception of VKFX Amp) are black until I cursor over them. Style Dial and FX Chain as well. Once inserted into Pro Channel they are fine. Psyn II being black when inserted, well "that's a horse of a different color" (ouch) Have you reported this in the menu: Help>Report a problem? t

How so? here’s the quote from the link in your post; “The group unites digital audio workstation Cakewalk, and flagship social music creation platform BandLab,” now granted it says nothing about Sonar, but the DAW seems to feature prominently. Why are we looking for “monsters” under the bed? t

Try this: Youlean Loudness Meter - Free VST, AU and AAX plugin t

I must agree. On the first post, Reves, I found the strings a bit overpowering to the piano melody. A work in progress, I’ll hold my like for the final mix. I liked and subscribed over at YouTube. Hopefully other forum members will follow suit… t and please forgive my bad manners; Bienvenue sur le Forum!

@Stephen Power you cancel your subscription; simple. I will probably buy the yearly subscription, if it is confirmed that Sonar is included. Sacrilege to some (oh well), but I suspect that BL is trying to build membership, small price to pay for them rescuing us. Not to mention the five years plus free CbB. t

In a word, the vocal is “unintelligible”; for me. I do hear “Out of control” but beyond that; not so much. But this is your tune, your production. In a word, “your art”.. and as Zappa said in his autobiography; “hang your art here”, there are plenty of “critics” out there to tell you what they “think” of it. don’t read into this that I didn’t appreciate the track. t

Yes (and I can confirm that the saved project opens just fine in CbB) Well, there's the "rub". We just don't know! Lots of speculation, absolutely no firm data...

Backstage Pass and Sonar Pricing
DeeringAmps replied to norfolkmastering's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
Yes, that’s $15 a month. To my knowledge it has not been confirmed that BackStage Pass will always include Sonar. (If it was confirmed, I would “pop” for the $150 a year option) There remains much speculation and hand wringing. Unfortunately, that is all we know at this time. t -
Good advice above from those with much better “ears” than mine. I’ll just add ?s ? Where can we hear more from your vocalist? t left a like and comment on SoundCloud, have you?

I think you got the tone happening on this on Freddy. Yep, me too! Especially naked right there at the end; beautiful! Taking the chorus to the 4, priceless Freddy, simply priceless. All around ?'s ? and two snaps and a backfield in motion says it all. There is no higher praise... t
