  2. i think I will hold off on the Cosmos update until Waves receive enough hate mail to fix the issue.
  3. I'll stick with building my own PC's and save the $7K.
  4. I purchased this about two years ago from the JST website and used it for a short period of time, vocals just never sounded good using this plugin. That's just my experience with this plugin. ?
  5. Once you click on the blue link, "Claim Perk", You can't go back and get it. Hopefully you saved the code you were shown.
  6. I put on headphones and mix in the dark for an hour. If I then turn all of the lights back on and my stuff hasn't been stolen, I know my neighborhood is safe. ?
  7. Of course it is, because it a coupon. ?
  8. Oh my goodness, those keyboard sounds took me back. I have to get this!!! Thanks Larry ?

If you don't have an account, then you will want to create one for yourself. There are several free videos by Dave Pensado, and they have discounted downloads every once in a while.

  12. Most of those plugins I purchased separately or in other bundles, so why buy it now. Nope not gonna do it, ?
  13. No, we all received the same March voucher code.
  14. I'm in the market for a new motherboard and a new processor, check out some of the prices for the i9 processor I found. Visit your friendly ~~~> online B&H Photo ?
  15. Soundtoys, It's nice to know you are giving to Ukraine. ?
  16. Yes, Cakewalk by BandLab can handle large projects a long as your computer can handle it. Cakewalk would not be the problem, your computer would have to be up to the task of handling the plugins you intend to use, plus the track count, plus the bus count with plugins, plus the sends and the Aux tracks. If you plan on loading up a project with all of this and have a heavy track count with multiple routing, then get rid of your quad core PC and move to a modern i7 or i9 processor with some real RAM and you should do fine. This is for All DAWS. However, if you are strictly a two track person, (vocal and music track), then you should not have a problem recording on anything. Thinking now, I need to get a new processor and Motherboard. ?
  17. I recently had death in my family, as one of my Presonus Eureka's died. The Eureka's are single channel mic preamps with Compression and EQ built in. I've had two Eureka's for quite a while in my home studio. Well, in it's place I went and purchased a Warm Audio WA73-EQ, which is a clone of a Neve 1073 Preamp. I love the way this sounds and the impact the EQ has on the preamp is amazing. In addition, I like the tone button which changes the impedance for the mic between 300 and 1200 which gives a very sound a nice sound. This Preamp is simply beautiful. 18. If the payment is 4 dollars, close out and go back again and add Zero for the amount and it will be free.
  19. OK, I bit the bullet and purchased the Warm Audio WA73-EQ to replaced my Dead Presonus Eureka. Thanks everyone for giving me good advice, but my decision came down to sound and price, plus some goodies that was added along with the purchase. (4 Mic cables, 2 instrument cables and one floor surge protector). I'm a a sucker for freebies
  20. Graig, Your studio desk was the first studio desk I owned, I took off the rack and the 2 CD holders and top shelf, which gave more desk space to add dual monitors and then build a standing studio rack for my gear.
