  3. Here is a good guide to using almost any channel strip you want to use. ~~~> Mixing with Mike - Plugin of the week
  4. I would not dare to put so many files and backups on that thing to have it crash and burn, losing everything at once.
  5. I got this the last time it was on sale for $19.99 I believe. Nice plugin for a drum buss
  6. I purchased the following Laptop listed below and have been using CBb on it for mobile studio sessions, It has been great for road work. I did change out the HD for a 2TB NVMe M.2 HD but that was it. Lenovo IdeaPad 5 15.6" FHD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Core i7-1165G7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, GeForce MX450, Backlit Keyboard, FP, Windows 11 Pro, Graphite Grey You don't need a video tutorial on how to use CBb on a laptop. If you use it, then you use it the same way on a laptop. Watch some videos on You Tube and see the folks using it on a laptop. My main setup is for desktop use as I have it connected to several devices, so it's not going anywhere. My mobile rig gets connected to a Roland Octa-Capture in a 2U case along with a hardware compressor; that's all I need to record in the field and then bring my sessions back to my DAW and save the files on my storage drive to bring up the project later on my desktop computer with CBb. Good Luck ?
  7. The only things I have run on this computer are older projects to make sure every thing loads up correctly, I had a 75 track count project with loads of plugins and it ran like a cool breeze on a 105 degree sumer day; Nice and cool. I like seeing the 24 threads barely moving as I run my projects.
  8. I just updated my old Studio PC to Windows 11 Pro and it wasn't bad. Everything worked well and I didn't have any problems with Cakewalk by BandLab or any of my plugins. Once I was happy using the old Studio PC with Windows 11 Pro, I built a new Studio PC with all of the bells and whistles and brought over my 2 TB NVMe drive and activated a new license on the Studio PC for about $16.00. Window 11 Pro s good, just do it!!
  9. Bapu, Happy Belated Birthday ?
  10. I use an older Sharp - AQUOS 46" that we had in our living room until we got a newer one in there. I also have 2 dell 24 inch monitors underneath the tv so I can so I can look at my console view and track view in 2 seperate windows by themselves. Any Pros/Cons in doing so? - Nope, just do what make you enjoy creating or mixing music.
  11. Zo, For a buck, I'll call your son to get several hundred and resell them for $10.00 each. ???
  12. ? Who is fret_man getting his license keys from???
  13. Man, You guys jumped on that faster than a mouse jumps on stray cheese left on the kitchen floor overnight.

  15. I just built a new computer and I got my Windows 10 Pro key from the website, https://pcdeal.tv/Win10Pro - for $21.87 . I saw a YouTube channel explaining why the license keys were so cheap. They explained to me, the keys was comng from China and other countries where the keys were not being used and if you own a license key for any Mocrosoft OS install from 2007 and up, the key will install Windows 10 and Microsoft doens't care where the keys are activated, as long as the key used once and is authentic. The key I bought activated Windows 10 and I was able to update the PC to Windows 11 Pro without any problems. I am going back to get MS office 2021. ?
  16. The 500 FX case can spaciously accommodate the Be Quiet Dark Rock 4Pro cooler. I thought it wasn’t going to fit myself, but It went in without a problem with room left over to spare.
  17. Over 20 years ago I downloaded something called Sonar 2.0 from Bear Share and fell in love with it, When version 2.2 XL was realeased I purchased it and have purchaed every version I've owned until BandLab took over. Sonar set me on a straight path. ? Cakewalk Sonar changed my life for the better. ?
  18. Yes, I already purchaed an AD2 Bundle and lots of ADPAKS and MIDIPAKS, so I said why not give it away to someone who may need it.
  19. I was informed that the install went well and they were thankful for the software. ?
