don't know, I wouldn't take it personally, you can't legislate for this type of thing. -
Not Liking the look of the New Sonar Interface

If that was the marketing strategy it would make me come across as observant, that was the impression I got from it being in pastel colours, It's a shame such a benign comment could be offensive, which was the reason I put the disclaimer first, also that someone deleted it. If indeed using pastel colour scheme was a cynical marketing plot to appeal to the female market, it could be said to be somewhat patronising from a marketing viewpoint. that was my initial thoughts when seeing it. for the record I'm all for more women getting involved in making music and recording music in daws as a possible marketing strategy it reminds me of when VW relaunched the beetle and put a massive plantpot in the middle of the dashboard and stuck a big plastic flower in it as standard. -
Strange New Characters When Typing in Windows 11
Mr No Name replied to sjoens's topic in Computer Systems
Intel management engine driver. It's a spyware that circumnavigates the operating system basically a spyware on the motherboard, If you can it's worth disabling it/deleting it. your bios will remind you to reinstate it every so often, but best to leave it off. Amazing they hassle you to have windows defender active, while at the same time bugging your computer. https://www.itechtics.com/intel-management-engine-components/ -

Yes, Guitars and Basses use instrument cables which are TS(mono) cables which should be connected by the left (mono) input on the recording interface, (record on input 1 L) this is normal, if you try to use the interface a stereo input with a mono signal you will only get audio in one side of you audio output. if you use one speaker it won't be a problem. The only way to get a stereo signal from a guitar would be to record it with 2 microphones recording the output from an amp/cabinet or you can find vst's that can convert mono signals to stereo signals or duplicate the track in your daw and have it double mono and hard pan left and right.

Some of them are really great, some of them are useful, some of them are a bit dodgy, all of them are buggy when first released, they beta test them as released, so 5 versions are released in the first week, all of them are ridiculously cheap with the sales, all of them have demos. I own practically everyone they released because they are so cheap, but because of owning all of them, It probably cost me $200, which is the most probably spent for me of all plugin companies. So the very cheap prices ends up being profitable for them. I would say Hornet and Melda plugins are amongst some of the best, My favourite one is Analog stage mk 1,

Ok John, Apologies, I thought your problem had transmogrified into an installation problem in the middle of the thread. I'm sure it will be an easy solution. ?

"Oh and I also paid $10 for a new copy of DB33 from KVR that @Mr No Name posted. I now have a new serial number. Woopy! But it doesn't show in iLok. Still only the DB33 demo and the one in the expansion pack. I passed this along to Air support as well" OOPS! ? it was a legends pack I suggested, has the 3 plug ins included for $10 Also when you say you put it in a Steinberg folder have you put the vst folder aswell? On my drive the plug ins are located in ... program files>steinberg<vstplugins last thing I can think of that's not too technical is whether some remnants of the previous uninstall are left on the computer? or , Win 11 compatibility issues? best of luck with it.

A23 - Phaedra (Bank 2) Space Fascination is possibly the name of the "Unknown" soundbank Unknown soundbank 7 Here is a 1988 or 89 german soundbank that have been used by Phil Collins (if my informations are correct). It seems that he especially used the patch 23 "Phaedra" for the "Another Day In Paradise" introduction. I also remarked 10 patches extracted from the Crim Media Projekt soundbank. Try turning "Audible bounce" off, with real time render switched on, means rendering the file in silence, may solve the issue.
