Oh shoot, you beat me by 4 GB. I’ve only got 226 GB in my UVISoundBanks folder so I guess I have to buy some more.

Here’s a similar thread which I answered in some detail about a year ago. In that case the question was related to a Kontakt library called Vintage Organs, but the same concept applies to all Kontakt libraries. Click on the grey arrow in the upper-right corner below and you will be taken to the correct post.

I can confirm it works as this icon wasn't even a part of 01
In the image you supplied the ProChannel tab is almost invisible, so there's most likely some image size issue in this theme update.

Can someone please verify this for me.
Yes, I can see that as well, but only if measure 1:01 is not visible in the PRV. If measure 1:01 is visible in the PRV the snapping seems to work as expected regardless if the cursor is hovering over the actual PRV or over the PRV ruler. However, if I scroll slightly to the right so that measure 1:01 disappears out of sight, the aim assist line seems to be offset when the cursor is placed over the ruler.

it is strange that at least one of these functions has not yet been implemented
You select double-click behaviour in Track View’s Options menu. If you change from Clip Properties to Loop Construction View, CbB will display the clip’s waveform.

Yeah, it looks like Tassman’s long-lost son. And he’s been taking steroids.

This is what I get when I click above links.
Those were only partial links, added to explain the concept of mixed content, and not links to the actual documentation.

Don’t shoot the messenger. I just explained why this happens and also why some people don't have this problem.
-
There seems to be a problem with mixed content on https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation. Although the protocol used is https, some (all?) of the images to be displayed on those pages are fetched from http://static.cakewalk.com. Having parts of the web page being fetched through the unsecure http protocol is regarded as unsafe by both Chrome and Edge, so those images won’t be displayed. BandLab thus needs to encrypt all static content as well for this issue to be solved.
While waiting for that to happen, one could use Firefox. It will give a warning in the address bar, but still show the images. At least, that's how it works for me.

You will find the file Boom_x64.dll wherever you chose to install it (there is to my knowledge no VST3 version available). So my best advice would be for you to search for that file on your drive(s) and once found make sure that the path is included in Edit > Preferences > File > VST Settings | VST Scan Paths. If it's an old 32-bit plug-in, the file name will be something different.
As a side note, the boom.big file is most likely only a container for the samples. Also, Boom is no longer an Avid product but owned by AIR Music Technology.

As far as I know, the Cakewalk Start Screen is actually a separate program called CakewalkStartScreen.exe stored in the folder C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities\StartPage. That’s probably why it doesn’t react to keyboard shortcuts recognized by CbB.

Is it perhaps the Kontakt instruments that go silent? If so, might it be that Preferences > Project > MIDI | Zero Controllers When Play Stops is activated? A lot of Kontakt instruments respond by going quiet.

Both Gran Vista and Carbon have now been updated to support GUI modifications in CbB 2021.04, or more specifically the addition of a Tempo tab in the Inspector pane. As a consequence, all Inspector tabs have been resized in order to make room. This addition has also made all existing themes incompatible with CbB versions earlier than 2021.04, which mean s that you should not install any of these themes until you have installed CbB 2021.04 EA or later.
The themes can be downloaded from the links supplied in the first post. There you will also find a link to the release history.

Sure, I'm working on it this very moment. Won't be long now.

Soothing. There are only small variations to the main theme but yet it feels constantly evolving and never repetitive. The recurring base note gives this piece its unique character. I really liked it. As for details, maybe the water at the end flows a little bit too fast to be consistent with the overall serenity.
Just my two öre.

You do know that plug-ins will not have keyboard focus unless you activate the keyboard icon in the upper right corner of the VST window? That’s the one with the tooltip “Give All Keystrokes to Plug-in”.

Beautiful song. The lyrics were poetic and very touching. As for details, maybe the fade-out should have been just a little bit slower.

I had the exact same problem and it turned out to be caused by having my MIDI keyboard also set up as an MIDI Control Surface. That apparently stopped the keys from being animated in the PRV, as explained in this thread by @msmcleod .

I strongly suspect the Cakewalk Elves who live inside this DAW and can be very mean to novice users.
Well, there aren’t that many elves found outside Middle-earth anymore, but one of these DAW elves actually whispered to me that she was scared because you have a user name spelled with all capital letters, indicating shouting, and because of that this timid creature was afraid to help you. So they are certainly not evil, just restrained.
Anyway, in this particular case you have to change the Track Control Layout (widget) filter located directly below the Track View menu from FX to either All or I/O in order to see the Input/Output drop-downs for each Track.

This reminds me of a thread in the old Cakewalk forum where a particular sound library made for UVI Workstation by a third-party vendor was found to increase the .cwp file size with some 13MB for each instance of that library loaded into UVI Workstation. It might indicate that there's a specific plug-in or library in your affected projects that make the size of the project increase the way it does. Maybe you can create a new project and add the plug-ins and/or libraries that you have in one of your affected projects one by one, save and then check the file size until you have possibly found a suspect? Below is a link to the thread I mentioned.

Please don't cross-post.

You didn't see my answer?
You have probably enabled GUI throttle mode. If so, disable it by pressing the Pause/Break key and CbB will move the Now Time marker smoothly at normal speed yet again.

I’ve had Cthulhu for a while but never used it much. I had a listen to this Cthulhu Premier preset bundle but came to the conclusion that it weren’t for me. However, it all inspired me to insert an instance of Cthulhu in a project and connect it to Arturia Pigments and then in another project to VI Labs TrueKeys American. And it was actually a lot of fun. I think I’ll have to dig deeper into Cthulhu. Heck, I might even open the manual.
