There was an issue last year when licences sold cheaply via VST Buzz or maybe APD weren't eligible.

I suspect it depends where it came from and when! They are clamping down on freebies being used, so if it's an AVID freebie then maybe not. But for older freebies it may still work.

Did they announce during the live stream that the link was only in the live chat? If they didn't do that, I see that as a major oversight. I watched the live stream on my TV using a Roku stick and there was no option to see the live chat. If I had watched the whole thing and missed it I'd be annoyed. I gave up after ten minutes and checked in later on my PC and noticed the link, so I didn't miss out.

They quality for only 35% of the current full price. I redeemed 5 last week and they were all 35% which matches the terms on their site. Still worth doing as I gained an extra £130 discount on top of what I paid for them.

Do they credit the value of licenses that are transferred against future bundle purchases or is it just for newly registered or purchased ones?

Even by their standard, they seem desperate not to charge for this. It's been free on their own site for about a month. I suppose they give it away in the hope that people will then buy Ozone or Neutron which integrate with it.

M.2 is too small to get 16TB on there, even with the longer than 80mm drives that some Enterprise class SSDs use. You can get 15TB U.2 or U.3 drives for as 'little' as £1,250. You need a £30 adapter to use them in a PCIe 4x slot. Samsung have a 12.8TB U.2 which is only £720. That's less than the 8TB M.2 drives.

I bought a new SSD recently and finally got around to setting up the Kontakt libraries that I have. I scrolled through the list of Player libraries and it was comical how long it took. It just reminded me of the scene in the Austin Powers film when he is urinating after coming out of cryogenic freezing. It just goes on and on. A big part of having so many Player libraries is buying about 5 of the NI NKS partner bundles. That must be over fifty libraries just for starters.

Christopher Nolan will hopefully be along soon with a 2 hour promo video for investors, that clearly explains all the relationships between PA, NI, Brainworx, iZotope and Einstein's General Theory of Relativity. On second thoughts, make that a 4 hour video.
