  2. Yeah me to and takes me back up to $152 after exchange rate If you weren't so kind as to supply that link, where would one find this, I've been looking but cannot find, would like to check the price for the Immersive Bundle.
  3. I don't like them Now, and I didn't like them Then. Never got it personally, give me the Rolling Stones over them any day, and Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden every day.
  4. Scook wouldn't tell a lie would he? I'm impartial here really, in a way I couldn't care less, I jumped ship in 2015, no intention of returning, it's the Deals forum ya' see, anyway Meng has said a number of times both of his own free will, and in answering or calming the brethren. I read it, you've read it, we've all read it regardless of how it is being spun now by those who spin. OP. you are indeed correct, and it was actually something I wondered myself, actually waiting for it to come up, and quite surprised it didn't.
  5. I'd definitely get MAX, I've got probably more 3rd party Packs from the top vendors than most people, and I still use stuff from MAX. It's got stuff you'll be hard pressed to find elsewhere let alone within TONEX. You get stuff like the Mezzabarba stuff certain models of Mesa that arn't in any other tier which are not like strait out HiGain, Soundcity Custom Build Mark 3, Fenders that aren't in the other tiers, Orange, Bogner, . . . . The Mezzabarba, I forget whether it was MZero or Trinity, didn't sound the best as is, so I found a quality Mezzabarba 4 x12 cab, disabled the cab in TONEX and fed it to my IR loader, could have done it within TONEX, but, anyway, the sound, the tone it was heavenly in a hellish way, and back it off to a lower gain, it was just awesome. It's the same with other some other stuff that may not sound the best from the go, I find it's just a bad pairing with the cab, swap out the cab for a quality appropriate cab and the game has completely changed, and this is not just with factory stuff, it goes for 3rd party as well, the quality cab IR can work wonders. The Fenders and Mesa's that are only found in MAX sound awesome, not to say that the Fenders and Mesa's in lower tiers don't, they do, it's just different flavors, like I said the Mesa models aren't just gain machines. At full price MAX is well worth it, at this price you'd have to be mad not to get it. Like I say, my 3rd party Pack collection is huge, bigger than most and all from the top vendors, you won't hear me say MAX isn't worth it or IK made poor captures or there it's full of duds, it's just not how it is and as far as I'm concerned people who tell you that just don't know what they are doing or are just full of sh!t. I'd definitely get MAX, and then build up with quality 3rd party Packs of amps you may want, I personally wouldn't just go getting one off freebies off ToneNET, I know it sounds good, FREE amps, but get quality Packs from the top vendors and you won't be stuck with 1 HiGain patch, or 1 Mid Gain patch, or 1 Clean patch of an amp from your regular Joe Blow, but quality Packs which will step you through clean, breakup, low gain, mid gain, high gain of the 1 amp in the 1 pack, it's the only way to go. Personally I've only went into the wild west of ToneNET once, learnt my lesson. Go Hard, Go MAX!!! 6. 2772 is the older one I believe, not this one. Ahh, I get what you are saying now, reading to quickly. I just got the Quantum today, and was thinking of getting the 2772 as well, the graphical thing wouldn't worry me if it sounds anything like the Quantum. I guess the sound of the 2772 might not be quite as good as the Quantum, being older and all, but I'll find out I guess
  7. Anderton is doing a few articles in his Friday Tip of the week over at PreSonus/Studio One Blog thingy. https://blog.presonus.com/2023/09/29/you-can-do-immersive-audio-right-now/ https://blog.presonus.com/2023/10/06/easy-atmos-grab-headphones-mix-have-fun/ with more to come apparently, here is a link to his Friday tip of the week blog thingy https://blog.presonus.com/category/friday-tip-of-the-week/
  8. Yes I know the feeling, I have MAX, all of Amalgam, almost all of Jason Sadites, all of the Junkies, and 11 or 12 others divided between a few select vendors, now it's got to be something special for me to bite. But in the non TONEX world there are a few like Audio Assault, Kuassa, Nembrini and Softube that I support, not that Softube needs any supporting, but I like their stuff, and buy everything they put out guitar wise, even though after an initial mess around they likely wont get fired up again. Apart from that the juggernaut that is TONEX covers all my needs and get all the use.
  9. either as in couldn't remember which one it was.
  10. What are you upgrading from? What's your price limit? Keep an eye on Best Service from this time on through XMas New Year, they have been up there with the best. https://www.bestservice.com/en/index.html
  11. Savant Audio Labs - Quantum Room Simulator Introducing the Quantum Room Simulator, a true stereo algorithmic reverb that captures the sounds of the iconic German Room Simulator from 1982. The Quantum Room Simulator reverb algorithm is fundamentally different from other reverb simulators in that it models the resonance of a space, resulting in incredible realism, depth, and dimension. Contains seven room size algorithms, ranging from a small closet to 100s Taj Mahal Faithful emulation of the legendary room simulator algorithm from 1982 Freeze Mode for infinite reverb tails that never repeat Enhance Mode for alternative reflection patterns Configurable for Quadraphonic (4.0 Surround) with multiple stereo instances (true to the original hardware correlation patterns) Faithfully modeled analog hardware stages, including 10kHz bandwidth option Factory and Expanded Presets, offering our new True Resonance Mapping technology capable of emulating real-world spaces Special Introductory Pricing: The Quantum Room Simulator is currently offered for the special introductory price of $74 (reg. $149) until November 21, 2023. The plugin is currently compatible with AU, VST(Mac/Windows), and AAX(Mac). Support for Windows AAX is coming very soon. --------------------------------------------------------------------- After giving it a good demo for a while, it was an easy purchase, especially at the introductory Price. If you give the demo a whirl, there is an issue where everything but the plugin GUI will freeze, this is easily solved by scaling the GUI down, then everything is fine. This is a known problem that they are working on to get fixed. It doesn't affect the retail version as such. Very nice sounding reverb. https://savantaudiolabs.com/product/quantum-room-simulator/
  12. Whish these were the prices when I purchased. I own every expansion know to man, well know to me anyway, the count is in the 60's I wouldn't worry about the future dude, Drew and crew have everything under control, BFD ain't going anywhere but on wards.
  13. Good time to grab a heap if you are a REmatrix User. Excellent stuff, lot of tweakability, I got all the libraries, can't say I regret any.
  14. Either $5 or $9 for me as a ReAmp 1 owner. AmpLocker is coming along very nicely. I own everything from Audio Assault, don't use any of it unfortunately after an initial checkout of any new stuff as it comes. Not that it isn't any good, but TONEX you know . . .
  15. Excellent stuff as usual, rock on ?
  16. IIEQPRO is a fine Eq, it's the only thing of theirs I have. I've always been curious about MetaPlugin and Super Plugin, but . . . The DeathEye Comps get good things said about them. It's probably all good stuff, more than good for that matter, but for me there is just something I don't like, that puts me off going any further than IIEQPRO. Don't know what it is, can't explain it, but . . .
  17. Not really, it's just different. It does have a few different things IMSMC. I've had it since release, I own everything they have but haven't used any of it for ages, my memory could be a little hazy with the BIAS AMP/BIAS FX thing. There is nothing really wrong with them, and with BIAS AMP/BIAS AMP2 there is a lot of scope for modification which then can be imported to BIAS FX/BIAS FX 2. If you are going in I would suggest you go for the top tier, some were Pro, some where Elite. Mine are all Pro/Elite. Note that the lofi stuff in the update is only for the Elite version.
  18. Thinking about giving these a shot. TGP is an excellent piece of gear. Dealing with that Cradle Hub/app thingy is the only downer, but . . .
  19. I upgraded the collection for $104. That new compressor is rank, good stuff.
  20. Yes excellent, how could one not buy it. That and it keeps the Sonible collection complete, they make some good sh!t. ? ? ?
  21. Well after that I ended up purchasing it, I found I could get a nice tone that I liked on overdriven guitar with well zero effort, that and the sound dropping out all the time was pissing me off. What'a'ya know.
  22. and don't forget tomorrow, https://www.sonible.com/smartdeess-teaser/
