Well, PT and Cubase didn't have a guitar manufacturer buy them and then screw over the entire user base. Trust has to be earned, especially with those who've been burned (rhyme unintended). Get the user base back on board and then you can expand. Also, there's a lot of evidence that there's a Universal Rule that what you give away will return to you ten-fold. (Don't knock it until you try it! ?)

The point being, if you're deaf, how do you develop any accent? (Ok, you're going to obviously have one, but what decides it is my question!)

I didn't get much out of the video. To be fair, I had the sound muted so that might have had something to do with it... ? (J/K of course, it was very interesting! I just want to know how she ended up with the accent and rolling R's that she has in her speaking.)

Since I imported all of my parent's music (to put on an iPod system for my Mom), I have plenty of music from this era including versions of this song by Louis Armstrong and Benny Goodman. Got a ton of Glenn Miller too, but not this song.

Heh, made me go and check! Yep, alive and, apparently, still playing gigs at 72. I wonder if "Background Radiation" would be a good name for a Space music band?
