Noice! A not-so ambient and chill selection I'm afraid! ?

Heard this on my friend's car radio, used SoundHound to figure out what it was, then ended up getting all their albums. I hear lots of influences from Dylan and Nopfler (perhaps even some Bryan Adams). Good, relaxing background music for me! ?

I pity those that buy cond0miniums. ?

Just reply with a somewhat related meme and a few emojis. That's how I handle them! ??

Hmm... Me thinks that censor is whacked! ?

Profanity Eraser Needs Intelligent Setup. Censorship Only Nurtures Delusions Of Moderation.

I'm still partial to While My Guitar Gently Weeps off the White album.

Why is this even necessary? Everyone knows that Yellow Submarine is their best effort. *Sheesh!* ?

Dayum! These threads are starting to make me want to pick up my guitar! ?

Back in the 80's I used to have a secretary (yes, that's what they were called back then!) who was a grandmother in her 30's and a great-grandma in her 50's. Her Mom and Grandma were still alive so that meant the eldest was a Great, great, great Grandmother! (She was in her 90's and the whole family got featured in the newspaper once - having six generations alive at the same time is pretty rare!) Around 2005, while I was the Director of a non-profit organization, one of the others on the Board became a grandmother at 39. I guess it just runs in some families!

Just watched this movie for the first time in decades about a month ago - hilarious!

Well, I enjoyed it! It's too bad Eno doesn't do any collaborations, isn't it? ? (*Adds this album to the bottom of today's playlist...* ?)

We did the group thing too, but it was usually me buying the new album (with most of my friends going to the concerts without me). I used to make all my friends mix-tapes for Christmas (even before I was a DJ and that was from late '79 through late '83). It was just how I chose to use the money I had. As for gear, the keyboardist we knew had EVERYTHING! Turns out he and his Mom ended up getting arrested for insurance fraud after they had yet another break-in and one of the things stolen wasn't even out yet... LOL.

NICE! I made the conscious choice when I was young to spend my money on albums I could play over and over (remember, I'm a logical nerd! ?) instead of the brief experience of a concert. Although probably the correct choice for me at the time, I can definitely look back and regret not being able to see some of the greats on stage... Oh well!

*Pffft!!!* No such thing in Wales, New Zealand or Norfolk! ?
