  6. I'll wait until it drops under $20 but I'll probably have to give this a shot at some stage. I've been quite impressed with sole of their other plugins.
  7. Apart from CPU (which might be better now), easy choice, Lisa for sure. Sounded better to me and way more versatile ?
  8. I really like both of those. I didn't like the SHMC when I first tried it, but the original in mid side (with MSED from Voxengo) has really grown on me. Class A I like too. AMEK is such as swiss army knife, it's just so versatile for whatever you need. I'm sure Neold Warble is great, with XLN RC-20 alone I'm not sure you need it. RC-20 is brilliant and does from subtle to extreme with plenty of modulation. Which IK is the Soma? Only the 432 comes to mind, but that's Sontec. Lisa I actually really liked and that was hard to pass at $6.. but I don't have as much need for it and it was a CPU killer last time I tried it. Not sure if they've optimized it since, but it was Acustica Audio heavy for some reason. It quite surprised me.
  9. Nice one Nick! I had planned on searching for it and adding it to the post when I had time, so thanks for taking care of that ?
  10. Legend Fleer! Worked a treat ? I definitely weighed up a few of them for $6. I have almost everything I wanted from PA, so there were only a few to consider... but then I grabbed the NEOLD V76U73 and the Native Instruments Passive EQ (made by... Softube!). I'd had my eye on the Neold for a while and it can have a really nice tone to it. The NI Passive EQ is Manley Massive Passive emulation that I'd also thought I might grab at some stage. Super warm and great sounding tube EQ. The other option was their True Peak Limiter for $6 which is a pretty crazy price and was hard to say no to, but I'll get more use out of the other two and they worked out at about $15 each which isn't a bad sweet spot and I get to use them now ?
  11. Tantra 2 and Thorn are both great options. Both capable of some really different sounds and I like using them. Knif is good. I haven't pulled the trigger on it yet, but I might at some stage. I do wonder how easily it would sit in the mix though. Some of the consoles aren't bad either for some really nice compression, good EQ curves and nice compression. They're definitely not needed and you can use separate plugins for them, but sometimes they save a lot of time and make it easy to nail the sound. But it's easy for people to start collecting them ? I've just cherry picked a few of the best (for my tastes)

  14. That's strange. Great samples, but maybe their website is a bit buggy! I used Chrome on Win10 and worked perfectly.
  15. Hey Dee, I already owned it and the everything bundle, but I just tried it then an got the download link in seconds. I assume you already have, but have you checked in your spam folder etc?
  16. 727 FROM MARS (Samples From Mars) Free for a limited time ? https://samplesfrommars.com/products/727-from-mars Save $29.00
  17. Probably not a bad endorsement! ? Out of curiosity, were you referring to the Wavestate or PPG in particular? Assuming Wavestate by the Korg reference, but just checking.
  18. Definitely worth it for the price. Great synth.
  19. That's interesting.. I just assumed it would be able to be.. Let's hope they don't make that a new norm.. Generally it's only just enough to get me to pull the trigger with the small discount on top of their sale price.
  20. That thought did cross my mind as well, which is why I didn't just click on it! I'd say it's probably safe, but if it's one I haven't heard of before, I'd at least normally check the URL through VirusTotal or similar.
  21. I'll have to check out your link to see the concerns but I've bought from these guys quite a few times and they're well known around here ?
  22. It's only been a few days, but I see you're progressing well through the various stages of grief! ?
  23. That's my thinking as well. I'd suspect Lars has thick enough skin, so hopefully it's more just taking an unrelated break, or something else more important has come up. Coincidentally there haven't been as many killer deals sent from the developers and resellers, so he may have booked his leave in advance with them ? On a serious note though, I'm sure he knows how much all the deals being posted are appreciated and I hope all is well ?
  24. Good pickup ? I saw that as an option the other day somewhere too. Might have been an email from them or something. I think they were promoting it in relation to N4 but I'd imagine it will be across all products soon enough, if not already. As long as they don't take away, or cripple perpetual licences I don't mind, as I don't like subscription models at all personally. Like everything I know some people like them too though.
