  1. I did wonder if their website and AudioDeluxe were updated as both only shows VST2. I might give it a demo ?
  2. I was almost thinking the same, but they've advertised it themselves at that price in other places, like VI. Pretty tempting at that price, but I did notice it's VST2 only. I wonder if they're reducing it because they're not planning on upgrading it to VST3..
  3. Softube: Volume 5 (50% off) Was $899USD now $449 https://www.softube.com/products/volume-5 Log in to see if you can get a cheaper upgrade price ?
  4. If anyone is considering getting Softube Volume 6 when it's released (or 5) you might want to pass on this as it's included. Otherwise if not, it seems like a great price! I wonder how it compares to the Nembrini Mrh159.
  5. I was really surprised at how good it sounds. I'm well covered for plugins in that area (yes you could say saturated!) but it's still a little different and I can see it being used quite a lot.
  6. Too many Plugins not enough time? ? It can actually be like though! Sooner or later I'm sure we'll probably end up getting through them all.. as long as we stop getting new ones at some stage! Sounds like an interesting use case with separating the cymbals. Hope it does the trick nicely ?
  7. Yeah its not uncommon for the Things to have freebies, or free with purchase at all! Still not bad if someone doesn't already have it though ?
  8. I feel your pain on that one.. I've had to sit on the sidelines with a number heaps(!) of freebies because I already owned them ? How are you liking them all? Would you rate them and are you considering upgrading any of them to their full versions?
  9. AudioDeluxe: Things – Texture (Granular Reverb) free with purchase https://www.audiodeluxe.com/
  10. First decent freebie with purchase in quite a while.. hopefully it's the start of many more! ? I got Monofilter the other day and it's a little basic, but I don't mind it. This a a great way to get the Elements versions in case you want to upgrade any down the track.
  11. I'm not sure it's ever really safe to assume that based on that criteria. Some companies just charge a lot more... I do expect these would be quite decent though and the feedback on them is normally pretty good. I haven't pulled the trigger on them yet, but that's primarily due to price. The consensus seems to be the Cherry Audio emulations sounds really good, but not necessarily as close an emulation as some competition. If you're purely after the original sounds, then maybe that makes them not quite as good, but if they sound great then that counts for a lot as well. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to have a few options.
  12. Softube: 15 Under $50: mix & match premium pro audio tools (Save up to 75%) https://www.softube.com/15-under-50 Mostly look like their regular sale prices to me, but if you've been waiting for a sale to grab something, then it might be a good time ?
  13. Agreed on that for the most part. This one is separate to the monthly loyalty vouchers though.
  14. Plugin Boutique Claim your FREE copy of the NUGEN Audio Focus Elements Bundle (Free with purchase) https://www.pluginboutique.com/articles/1839
  15. I think we may need Lars back and some super sleuthing to find one of those, because I've never seen one from them either! ?
  16. Completely agreed. They're worthy of the full price.. In saying that, I've only picked them up on sale though ?
  17. Total no brainer at that price. Not for the feint hearted though.. that is one hell of a versatile and complex compressor. If I didn't already own it, I'd be snapping that one up.

  19. Head Crusher by Audio Assault $3 with code! (analog modeled saturator) Use code AAFIFTY to get it for $3 instead of $49.99. Not sure how much longer this will work. I've been testing this out and for the price it's pretty amazing and worthy of it's own post. I've got plenty of saturation plugins, but this has some cool options and is easy to dial in a great sound. Includes a mix knob as well, so easy to blend some heavy saturation. Works really well on the drum buss. No brainer at that price. Head Crusher Analog Goodness Head Crusher is an analog modeled saturator, based on 4 different pieces of classic hardware. Head Crusher is perfect for giving more "oomph" to any source you feed it, use it to make a bass line cut through small speakers, make your drum bus sound much more powerful, or simply use it to destroy anything to taste. https://audioassault.mx/collections/plugins/products/headcrusher

  24. Can also use AAFIFTY for 50% off which even works on things like this and Head Crusher which is on sale also. For $3 each it's pretty laughable how cheap they are. Even just for the IRs alone in there it's probably worth it ?
  25. I liked that feature too and they seem pretty good with their updates. It's not uncommon for me to receive a free update out of the blue and sometimes even new products for free based off things I've picked up previously.
