@mattplaysguitar very early versions of SONAR came with Guitar Rig 3 possibly 4 but never Guitar Rig 5. Install the NI plugin manager will get you your Guitar Rig. BFD 2 is another third party drums from FXexpansion. The limiter is another third party product. All the Sonar stuff is available through the new version of the CCC.

Have you considered placing installers on a separate drive where possible?

Ran a test today. Three Instances of Korg M1 version 2.4.1.0 VST 3 Two playing Combi's and One playing a Program. Recorded MIDI on each track, using split instrument Tracks. Closed and opened the project inside Sonar. Opened it from my project directory with Sonar closed. Each track had the PC on, with the N-Type Channel, Channel compressor, except one which had Boz-Digitals +10 Compressor. Quad curve EQ active but not doing anything. Each track had a send to my Global Reverb Buss. No crashes no glitching very little CPU use

You have captured a lazy groove for the leaves, nice as ever Freddy. I had a similar problem recently, chest infection.

What throat lozenges do you use mix works OK here, I can hear everything.

The bass is a little OTT here on my Adam A7x, through the ARC Studio. Have you tried a little narrow cut around 80Hz on your Bass guitar and a little lifft on your kick in the 3 to 4kHz can really help the kick stand out on systems without and bottom. Nice track, mix worked for most of it. Like Mark not keen on the fake vinyl hiss, perhaps some natural sounds, gentle wind, a few birds twittering.

Not one I am familiar with, but this is stunning. The mix clarity and separation are pure magic. Superb playing Mark, nice job on the master Gary.

Having heard this live in 1973 at Earls Court and subsequently again at a few more Floyd gigs you are in my opinion a brave. man and lady. Quite a reasonable cover.

@Cobus Prinsloo to the best of my knowledge all Focusrite USB connected interfaces only use the USB 2 protocol. My Clarett Pre 8 USB comes with a USB 2 to USB C cable which works fine.

Personally I had nothing to do with removing the account Pwal23. Mods don't have the rights to remove or permanently suspended user's. Consequently I can't help you as to why your account appears to have been removed.

@RexRed went and did some research, thought that might be more useful, rather than make ill-informed or pointless contributions. If Sonar is open and you double click on a project it will open in safe mode. If Sonar is closed it does not open in safe mode, it copies the personalization files. To open in safe mode open Sonar first, then use shift.

You are trying this with Sonar already open? If you are trying to do this with Sonar closed then as @Canopus says you will get different results. You didn't state you were opening your projects with Sonar closed.

I have just downloaded the latest version from the link in the main Cakewalk by Bandlab forum, and, oh look Safe Mode dialogue is on page 1744. Er that appears to imply it has not changed. It still says if you hold down shift and keep it held before double clicking open a project it will open the project in safe mode. I am aware a new version has not yet to be released for Cakewalk Sonar.

I have no idea about Cubase, but I do suspect they have a much larger dev team than Cakewalk has. As much as it seems unpopular I also suspect it's here to stay.

@RexRed that is what happens if you hold Ctrl key when opening Sonar. On page 1744, that may have changed, of the Reference guide I have downloaded details the use of Safe Mode.
