  1. This has now wandered off topic, apologies @Pragi but it got hijacked for no good reason.
  2. Make your mind up, the post I responded to you used the word conclusion, go check your own responses.
  3. It reproduced the information as good as a quote if you can't see you are in effect doing the spammers job by making what gets hidden visible again, then we can only conclude you are in fact the originator of the spam. Consequently you will be dealt with as a spammer. Unless you report it mods don't know about it, we don't spend all day, unlike yourself, in these forums looking for spam. We have lives and music to make.
  4. One, Mods don't have the ability to add keywords to the spam blocker, do you understand? We don't sit here all day just get rid of stuff that makes you unhappy. We have lives, though it does appear you don't. Two, by quoting the spam you are aiding and abetting the spammers by reposting their spam do you understand? Three, if you repost spammers, screen shots or otherwise you will be considered a spammer and you understand what happens to spammers don't you?
  5. No you drew the conclusion no one else. I also feel that the majority of users are intelligent enough to understand that, though there is always going to be one.
  6. You obviously haven't read the rules, having two accounts is a breach of the rules and earns an immediate ban when discovered. You didn't answer the question, please don't quote the spam, you become no better than them, report it then it can be dealt with.
  7. Flagging a user as a spammer automatically hides their posts, as all Mod's can see hidden posts it is impossible to know if they are visible to users. What colour are these spam posts you claim to be able to see?
  8. Possibly the fact that they are called to load in the Pro Channel, it could like the FX Chain module, there is a basic PC canister which loads additional code that is module specific, but at their heart they are simply VST 2's.
  9. The spam is being dealt with as soon as one of us sees it. A request for additional keywords to be added has been made and a possible more permanent solution. Are you saying you can still see them even the hidden ones?
  10. It is not unusual for DAW providers to lock a feature to their software. Steinberg, Studio One even mixcraft lock certain of their supplied instruments and FX to their product. All the Pro channel modules are VST 2 plugins, they don't appear in the VST directory, which limits their availability to other programs. Their names are not specifically the name of the module, however the calling program knows. Simples.
  11. Again nothing hacked about the Pro channel modules all genuine VST's locked to Sonar, they to are in the shared internals/pro channels directory. Simples.
  12. Incorrect read my reply above. And Incorrect if you didn't have the plugin nor the resources to obtain the same plugin it is the same problem As you note solution bounce the track to audio. The other question is why are you opening it in older versions, when you know the older version doesn't have x-sampler?
  13. It is just a just a VST instrument, but is not in the standard VST directories because it is locked for use only in Cakewalk Sonar. I believe it is in the Shared internals directory.
  14. Again if it is a new functionality then it will not be available simples. I didn't say the project would be complete. It would be like opening a project from a "friend" but you don't have one of the instrument plugins he/she/it/they/them uses. Exactly the same issue.
  15. It is not that I don't like the song, just not a fan of the use of repeatedly repeating the same one or two words. So much "modern" music seems to rely on repeating the same one, two or three word phrase.
  16. As ever miss quoted, I clearly stated certian functionality available in newer versions will not be available in older versions. Like the arranger, or x-sampler.
  17. Sometime, with certain contributors I don't sit in front of my monitors I go for a walk around the house to see how the mix percolates. It percolated well, balanced solid mix.
  18. Mix sounds fine, but I have to confess not a fan of repeated one or two word lyrics, The "Rabbit proof" hole just got to much.
  19. Wookiee

    Chemicals

Good mix and production, interesting vibe on the vocal, solid club bass.
  20. Wookiee

    Metal Chains

Nice clean mix, well placed and balanced, vocal clear and present but in the mix. Good job.
  21. @Pragi projects created in the new Sonar can be opened in CbB and older versions of SONAR. The only thing will be, functionality available in new Sonar obviously can't be available in the older products. Solution once opened in the older product save as new name to preserve the new file. Projects created in Cakewalk Pro Audio can be opened in any later versions of Cakewalk software called Sonar or Cakewalk by Bandlab.
