  2. @tonemangler thank you for your ears and time, some bits were a little out of my contro
  3. @freddy j Thank you I have been playing with Synths since the late 60's and early 70's so i get the idea sometimes I still get surprised by them ? and @Lynn thank you too, OK not sure what it is but you are welcome to some.
  4. Nice little blues ditty well reproduced.
  5. Wookiee

    Amarillo

Not really my thing musically but it sounds well played and well produced.
  6. Generally a great tune @Douglas Kirby I do think it would benefit from backing off the reverb in places, like the verse. But your tune your mix which works as is. Thanks for sharing.
  7. @Douglas Kirby Thank you for listening and leaving a comment, futuristic I suppose I have very little idea where any of it comes from it just sort ends up coming out of the end of the furry paws. And I thank you for your comment there.
  8. @thegaltieribrothers Thank you, that s the basic idea, as time is warped by space and space is warped by time, changes happen, thanks for the ears, time and comments they are appreciated.
  9. There is a module called "Random Task" it has a Gate input which can either be trigger by a Clock/Gate or in this case the Gate from a key press. This generates a Voltage which has probability, shuffle and Steps/Range controls and also voltage value from 0 to 5v's The output CV goes into a quantizer to keep it in tune. From there it just gets a little mad as it feeds an oscillator which controls a vectoring module, which is modulated by three other oscillators. which in them selves are modulated by a few LFO's. Do you get the picture? Thanks for the ears @bjornpdx. When you do look in to Modular synthesis be prepared to disappear down a rabbit hole and get lost along the way.
  10. This is nice, at least you have tried and not failed I would fail at about bar 1 beat 2. I do believe a round of applause is due @Mahavishnu.
  11. Thanks @David Sprouse it is a weird thing to listen too as sometimes the self generating patch on the VM just produces rubbish, it is a case of cross the fur paws and hope the bounce works. Thanks for your time, ears and kind words.
  12. No crits on this all I will say is this
  13. I remember my Dad moaning about the Kinks when this was released, Oops did I just age myself, well done cover Steve.
  14. And I am not telling how I did it either. Thanks for the ears @daryl1968
  15. Space Time Warped An experimental Track using a Voltage Modular generative Patch. which does make it a little unpredictable each time it is captured. Hope you enjoy thanks for listening.
  16. Your lyrics are always a good source of amusement @bjornpdx, blues can be sloppy sometimes, I like this thanks for sharing.
  17. Wookiee

    Irish tune

    That was quite pleasant David.
  18. Well that is different. Production as usual up to expectations.
  19. @ADUS As the Cakewalk Dance was popular with African Americans how can the company be accused of being racist? Surly that is promoting people of colour. If one wants to one can find any phrase or comment and turn it into a racist comment or phrase, it says more about the person who brings it to our attention than the comment or phrase itself. As I understand it also refers to a note progression popular in the Twelve Tone form of music. Historically Cakewalk Music Software was written by the Company formed by Greg Hendershot called Twelve Tone Inc. This thread has crossed the political line and will therefore be locked.
  20. Still like it, the vocal does not sound so strained now. glad you re-posted this.
  21. Not bad anyone would think you played together now and then.
  22. How did I miss this? Nice as ever Tom.
