So I wrote them a friendly email and never received any response. The whole thing felt a little phishy to me. In the meantime, PlugInfo's Select in Finder feature works. For me, I only install VST and VST3 plugins so I delete the AU and AAX plugins. This uninstaller helps keep the internal record keeping consistent.
