My Products on the Old Cakewalk.com site

I have access to all my product Serial Numbers under My Products on the old www.cakewalk.com website but when I click on the products I get  the following message

Error.

An error occurred while processing your request.

Anyone know anything about this issue?

Hmm... Just tried and I can't find ANY of mine!  Maybe I just dreamed that I've bought every version since Cakewalk v.1.0?  😮

I suspect they are in the process of updating the infrastructure. I ran into a similar issue with regard to the online documentation and reported it.**

I don't have any pressing needs, so I am planning to wait until the infrastructure gets sorted out.  If you have an urgent need, you can contact support.

Looks like this issue has now been solved.  I can now access all my older product downloads.
