e-cue Posted June 10, 2023 Share Posted June 10, 2023 I own Convology, and all of the libraries, minus True Stereo 3 & 4, but I just copped this library and haven’t dug deep yet. Pro’s: Pretty easy to demo for me and even the free version comes with a considerable amount of IR’s. I liked the demo and saw they had a 960 offering so I went for it. A lot of the IR’s are really great. Some are so so. Zero latency option. Bunch of other cool things like eq, predelay, chorusing, width control, reverse, etc. The libraries offer the vast majority of analog gear you may want to call on. Rescalibility by 100, 125, 150 and 200%. Con’s: The libraries are costly- everyone I know that’s got them bought them during a sale, myself included. No search feature. Dear lord- this is my biggest gripe. To my knowledge, you cannot use the IR’s in other IR plug ins. Organization of the IR’s… Some of mine show up within the LIbrary and within a subcategory, and some don’t. This inconsistency annoys me.
