What attracts me to UA things is definitive solution for latency problems and using extensive plugs even during recording . But happily for me even to start lots of $ needed. It was on sale for $99 and I had a $25 Voucher that expired today, which, combined with the $50 Voucher that I got today gave me $75 off, for a price of $24. Nothing else (that I could afford) really interested me, and I don't have any Friedman Amp sims. I use the Friedman BE-OD Deluxe Limited Edition on my Pedal Board, and really like it... so that was what pushed me that way... And most of the Channel Strips have the Unison Technology, where the plugin directly integrates with the Preamp in the Interface The UAD Plugins are the most "analogue" clear sounding plugins I've ever used.
