  1. I already decided to get OB-E near the end of this month. I wonder if this discount will also be valid for new owners. If so I'll get this one too.
  2. Maybe you can find what you are looking in one of the videos bellow. I got Minimonsta free in the Novation Sound collective some time back. If you have an account there maybe it's still available. Edith: I found the post about it 👇
  3. Same prices at Best Service. And on the page there's the information that this sale goes until July 31s, https://www.bestservice.com/deals/gforce_software_summer_sale_up_to_77_off_4184.html At last I'll be able to get OB-E !!!! In all previous sales I passed because there was... ugh... no Windows version or because the sale ended before a good date for my credit card.
  4. Nice deal. But my quest for the perfect Lexicon 480 emulation plugin ended after I bought the Relab LX480 last year. I'll pass for now. But as the Komplete Ultimate pack is on my wish list I'll probably get it some day.
  5. Unfortunately no. One more thing I'd like to dedicate some time but can't find it. I bought it in a sale for $70 eons ago but never even installed. If I ever develop something It'll probably be in the Cherry Audio modular environment first (as I also got the developer's pack from them).
  6. I got this email. For owners of version 3 this upgrade is free.
  7. I never WUPed anything. But when a new plugin is added to a collection or when a new collection is launched including some plugins I already have usually there's an upgrade option for a good price. For example, I have the Abbey Road collection and when a new plugin is added the price for the upgrade is usually equal or less than the price for the new plugin. When that's the case I upgrade and, as a bonus, have all plugins in the collection WUPed. So... check your upgrade options on the Waves page from time to time.
  8. Hey bakers... how about supporting CLAP in Cakewalk ? 😉
  9. Forever 19!!! Or, if you prefer, included at Mega Cost with no Extra Bundle.
  10. The visual style and even much of the pop music of the 80's/90's are VERY dated today, for sure. But the electronic music of that era have that sense o f "sci-fi" (that today we call "retro wave", "synth wave" or something like that) that still inspires me to this date. To be honest, I never stopped liking this kind of music. In short... I like this style of music and this new synth from Softube is a perfect tool for that 🙂 I'll not bore you and everyone else here posting videos of electronic themes like "Knight Rider" or "Airwolf" or their nowadays equivalents from artists like Megadrive or LazerHawk. But... how about this band:
  11. Use promo code RAVEANDSAVE and get Model 82 for $59 Offer valid June 7th – July 7th, 2022. The Roland SH-101 emulation plugin is good enough but the integration of this synth with Softube Modular is the reason to get this one IMO.
  12. This loyalty offers on the iZotope site will never make sense to me. I have Ozonone 9 Advanced and I have an offer for Ozone 9 Standard for only $99. OK... I also have Ozone 8 and Ozone Elements registered in my account. But... still... this does not make any sense.
  13. My policy with Arturia is to jump a few upgrades to increase the amount of instruments per money and I'll stick to it. I did that last time and got 14 new instruments for $99. But the $49 to upgrade to the new CS80V is tempting. Time to watch some demos on the web. My previous solo upgrade (Jupiter 8 V4) was $29 though. Maybe I'll wait for a sale. Decisions, decisions....
  14. My previous upgrade was also from v5 to v8 for $99, plus $49 for the SQ80V. I'll probably pass the next upgrade at this cost but also probably will upgrade only the CS80V if this option is available. For everything else I think I have good replacements among my current HW and SW synths. Ah... and the last time I paid in 4 parcels, which was a nice move from Arturia IMO.
  15. Still waiting for their version of PPG synth since they bought the Wolfgang Palm brand.
  16. The Minimoog emulation to beat is the Softube's Model 72 IMO. But it's monophonic only though. The polyphony is a good addition of course, but I'm not sure if It'd be my first choice for a polysynth. As always, the price is right. But in this case my other emulations will have to suffice until, say, a $19 deal.
  17. I should be in a plugin diet still but... so many good deals lately 🙂 The new true peak limiter looks nice but lately I'm using the sonible smart tools and the smart:limit seems a better choice so I'll pass. And from all the remainder I just don't have the Blackbox HG2-MS, but I have the previous version. Is it a worthy upgrade for $31 bucks?
  18. Abbey Road Studio 3 for $26.44 at Everyplugin. First time I saw this for less than $50 at Waves.

    PA Xmas Day 8

    Is this crispytuner any good?
  20. I came to the older Cakewalk site around 2013 after getting X2 (at least that's the oldest reply I got from Cakewalk customer service) and discovered this forum. What kept me here was the overall good humor and respect from all the participants and, of course, the avalanche of good deals from Larry. Of course, all this years brought not only lots of good information and friendship but also some of the collateral damages others have reported. You know what I mean...
  21. So you'll be paying $110 for each lifetime key, $10 more per key. I agree with the previous comments... Roland software IS expensive!!! I only consider this subscription for the Lifetime Keys and because I have the System-1m and, now, the System-8 keyboard. Otherwise I would avoid it entirely.
  22. The Cherry Audio/MRB VM900 collection is also on sale right now for $59. Previously on sale for $79. Retail $99. https://store.cherryaudio.com/bundles/vm900-collection
