  1. Rocket Man does it again, one day before the sale begins. Now we’re talking.
  2. That’s ok, some articles quotes are misleading. When you read the full interview, it’s clear that he wants to create a simpler entry point, to attract more musicians towards the pro version and to their hardware.
  3. Full interview, he says it’s not about to change at the pro level, just a more accessible entry point: ‘Question: Would this accessible software be based on the Studio One platform? Note the wording implies that it would not be Studio One, but something different. "Yes, I think for that with Fender one of the things I think we did well over the last few years is to create easily explainable platforms; where you can go from Squier Affinity to Mexican-made Fender Player to American Pro to Ultra. People understand what they're getting at each level and why they're paying a step up in price. I think what we need with Studio is the same thing. Which is there's a very simple, free, freely accessible product, then levels above that until eventually you get to the pro level, that’s easier said than done.’
  4. Maybe with a source, it would bring more nuance: ‘Whether this theoretical product would replace Studio One or sit alongside it remains to be seen but, given what Mooney has in mind, we suspect it would be the latter.’ https://www.musicradar.com/news/fender-daw-presonus-studio-one-future
  5. Larry and too late in the same sentence... Where's the world heading for?

  12. Simple Stems is a quick and easy way to decompose any audio into it’s constituent parts. The plugin uses the well established Spleeter algorithm by Deezer to deconstruct songs into 2, 4 or 5 stems. The results are stunning, though more complicated mixes and live recordings are not always perfectly decomposed. 49$, but free for a limited time https://www.stagecraftsoftware.com/products/simplestems/

  19. So now I believe I should perceive this answer as humor, right? ( just kidding)
  20. One very important lesson is also that it's a forum with written words, read by people from all around the world, having different native languages, cultures, etc. Writing can be interpreted in many ways. I was not referring to the cartoon, as I don't know Looney Tunes, nor did I understood what's written in that cartoon. The way you were answering, such as "Pay attention when I"m talkin' boy!", "People can't seem to pay attention for some reason.... I guess reading is too much trouble.", were the comments that I found rude because I read them and understood them literally... Good for you if that was some kind of humor, but obviously, I'm not familiar with that sense of humor, even though I'm really familiar with english as a second language...
  21. I understood the issue. It was just the way he commented on those that didn’t seem to read it right that I perceived as rude. All good if that was not the case, but I read those answers yesterday and today and felt the same way each time.
  22. He's usually hitting on some developers, not on other users, so either perceived or real, it felt ankward to read those posts, that's all. Not a big deal. At least, not big enough a discount to get this deal.
