Has been free since release. Wish he did a pro-channel version with the update, since I get enough frequent use out of V1 that came with Cakewalk as a PC module.

Main one I'm interested in is feedback on the AutoVolume tool "Outlaw" Have one from HorNet but not sure I've ever even used it on a project. Courious your thoughts on this one.

Most "synth" plugins and simulators are cluttered and complicated. I appreciate AAS aesthetic is simple and straightforward. With a smiple play pannel, edit pannel and effects pannel. Don't "Love" the UI but I'd arugue it is way better than most.

Picked this up, only had a few duplicates. Don't use synths a whole lot but AAS makes good stuff and expect some usable stuff within all these packages.

Amazing deal for those that don't have most of them. Don't know if I'd drop $49 for the very few I don't though.

Better than RX 7 elements for $10, I'll beleive it when I see it. 😊

Not true at all. If it was a necessary feature the companies could bank on users paying for upgrades or upgrade plans. The reality is subscription is seen as a way to require end users to continue to pay even though a large chunck of users do not insist on continuious development at a regular pace. The market is saturated and the programs out are so mature that the average user can be one and done for many years. I know many full time professionals that use Adobe CS6. That was discontinued 6 years ago. The DAW market is no different and this is the same timeframe Sonar X3 was released, a still very capable and impressive DAW. Avid has never been a low cost leader and it is no surprise they are trying to squeeze more money out of their user base. They have done this for years.

As Mesh pointed out, I'm picky about picks. I spent hundreds finding the ones that work for me on the quest. Two standouts that make something noticably different than your run of the mill "guitar center" picks. Blue Chip - very expensive but magical material (was used in the production of semi-conductors. Grippy but glides off the strings effortlessly. A wonder substance. V-Picks (ghost rim versions) - thick acrylic picks. They claim they are grippy, but I actually make them more grippy with some careful dremel tool work. The ghost rim option has an interesting grittynes to the attack and really excites the strings, I like this for dirty electric work - not so much acoustic playing. I tried tons of models and the B# ghost rim is my prefered choice from this company. It is kind of a custom order of sorts where you have to put in the notes you what ghost rim on that model, not sure why they havne't made it an official model as at one time the maker indicated it was his "go to." The attack on the string will likley be something you love or hate. My advise is experiment with makers, there are tons of them out there. I would stay away from any pick thinner than at least 1.0mm basically shouldn't even make that trash. 😂

Neither Waves or the ProximityEQ require an actual iLok or iLok account though and are not really free. Both require a purchase/ownership of another product to aquire them and will only be valid as an offer for a limited time.

I'd try dowloading the trial and see what you think. That aspect of the plugin does not have deep dive settings on the distortion and compression, most of an on or off feature and therefore describing how much it has or does is going to be highly subjective. For this, I think the only way is to try it. I am not a buy every plugin type of person, for $10 (and getting the Proximity EQ), I will get a lot of value out of this one.

I mentioned the idea of a ProChannel version of the Pan Knob recently also. Would love to see both in that format. The PanKnob in particular would benefit tremendeioiusly from it, and I could see T-Bone really working well in the format too.

Yes, just use enough so you have to pay like .01 out of pocket and you will be fine.

Was not as bad as I expected. You do need the ilok manager, however you don't actually have to have an account or get them to add it to an ilok account if you don't want to. Unnecessary, but not as bad as expected. very resource heavy, as one might expect.

If this wasn't a specific utility (de reverb) I was looking for, I wouldn't even bother. And if it was more expensive would have passed given the ilok piece. Always look for companies that don't set such limitations. Not a fan of dongles, USB ports are precious.

I have 5 machines I do creative work on. Consider getting a password manager (LastPass and KeePass both have free options), you remember one password to the database and that is it, the rest are encrypted inside of it. All ilok does is require yet another password, and either an additional application that provides zero value or a dongle that takes up a perfectly good USB port and costs an absurd amount of money..

Yeah, it isn't that they are complete duds but in no way would I consider that a deal on any of them. I'd be pretty hard pressed to find a plugin in the $240 bundle I can't find a free (or very cheap) alternative for as a Bandlab user. I use a number of Waves plugins, but only one of them is in any of those bundles (including the top tier $720 bundle!) I mean realistically buying the Omni-Channel on Sale for $30 and then getting some free-bees (and a $5 copy of Computer Music) for the reverb and delay, and limiter type of needs covers basically everything you can get in the lower tier bundle... All those verified buyers reviews giving 5 stars. I really wonder. I'd take a discounted Scheps Omni-Channel at a one time fee of $30 over 6 plugins in the $120/year bundle. Most of thsoe I wouldn't even use for free (and I can say that since I have a One Knob pumper and renessance reverb, super tap in that bundle that never made it on a single project.

It is in Elements, Standard and Advanced. As for top notch software cleaning, at this point Izoptope is probably considered the standard by which all others are judged.
