  1. Yeah ! Got it. (runs in Suite). Many thanks
  2. Upgraded about 18 months ago to a 860EVO 500gb system drive. And 2 x 1TB Crucial MX500 for storage/samples. Superb performance from all with no hiccups. Could never go back to HDD now (though used an external 2TB WD spinner for archiving).
  3. Got this at Loot about 3 weeks ago (even bigger discount!) If you like BOC this is ideal.
  4. I only have the Augmented Strings Intro and Analog Lab Intro. So out of curiosity I logged into my account and both are available to me for upgrade. Aug Strings for 29.00 and Analog Lab for 69.00. I don't use Ana Lab enough to justify but the Aug Strings seems tempting (comes out at £25 for me in the UK).
  5. Not forgetting that Stefano (creator of Elements) has 8 free banks available here (incl Lost inDeep) https://stefanomaccarelli.com/tutorial/free-presets/
  6. Thanks Larry T. Kind of you.😀
  7. Thanks very much Keith. Appreciate it.
  8. Thanks John B. There is that undercurrent.
  9. It's summer. New samplepacks up at Pianobook https://www.pianobook.co.uk/ This illustrates Fairy Choir by synthersizerwriter (also known as Martin Russ ex Sound on Sound mag writer). These samples are in Decent Sampler format. Also includes LABS - Cello Moods, some KLANG - Pauls Glass, NI- Modular Icons, Soundpaint . Love me some freebies !!!
  10. The answer is, quite a lot. I'm active in the Pianobook community. And write demos for the instruments put up each month. But I would suggest being judicious as there are so many to choose from. Some will not be to everybodies taste. Listen to some of the demos to see if they fit for you. Use the latest version of Decent Sampler (DS) currently 1.5.10. There are also Kontakt (full) and SFZ and EXS instruments as well, Some have gone on to be released by Spitfire Audio as LABS instruments (indicating a degree of quality I would hope). There is an active community on Discord as well. Plus making your own instruments in DS is easy (I'm told) as programming is simple (unless your ancient like me). To be honest to not try at least some would be churlish. And you can afford to delete if you don't like. I have used them extensively in commercial releases. And fit in well with my more expensive purchases.
  11. May also be quite old (they mention Kontakt 3 upward)s. Nothing wrong with old stuff. But this may have been used to death already.

Thanks Bjorn. Yes they have mics all over it. There are some interesting "scapes" to be had (Martian winds, Rover wheels grinding over rocks, drilling into the surface, etc)

Thanks Larry. Might be worth checking out the free Decent Sampler instruments on Pianobook I used , https://www.pianobook.co.uk/packs/deep-field/

New "spacey" sounds up on Pianobook https://www.pianobook.co.uk/ Deep Field and Signals by Martin Andrew Smith. All the samples are for the free Decent Sampler format. I also used some samples from the Mars Rover, Perseverance. Available on the NASA website. Live long and prosper.
  18. Ha! I was about to say you all had it wrong, and that this was old. Then I realised that across the pond you put the month first in your dates......
  19. As always, Thanks very much Nigel.
  20. Glad you like it Mark. Thanks for the feedback 😀
  21. Thanks David. And thank you for listening 👍
