I have the other Mosaics so I can anticipate I’ll like this one as well. Heavyocity is pretty consistent with coming up with interesting and quality sound tools.

I have decided a Lava Lamp is just not for me .

Hey now! -
I once bought a pack of 3,000 Serum presets from ADSR for like $9. I poked around a little in the pack but came away very unenthused. Perhaps jumbo packs without having a chance to listen to examples may be dicey.
-
I appreciate what they are doing and feel glad to support them - but when they change the price to $9 which is usually fairly quick.
-
Yeah, I grabbed a boatload as well.

Finally had a chance to check the link and start listening to the long list of demos. This discount offer is a treasure trove!

Which freebies (and near-freebies) encouraged you to buy a paid product?

Melodyne Essentials included in DAWs led me to Melodyne Studio. -
Are they junk? I might be able to afford these if they are solid offerings..

Thanks @Craig N Done! Although as SCook has said, they may or may not be that thorough with notifying of updated versions.

Question - I went for this X Saturator after all. Going to the SSL site I downloaded and have the iLok key etc. Set up my SSL account. I see that third party purchases are not registered at the SSL portal. Question is, how do we know when there has been a version update to SSL software? I see we can go to the downloads site at: https://www.solidstatelogic.com/support-page/downloads to do a re-download. But I'm guessing the practical way I'll know if there has been a version update is hearing about it here on the Cakewalk Deal forum.
-
This example I think helped me feel compelled to pay attention to this saturator. I was looking for an example that got me interested.
-
This is why even at this great price I’m wondering if there’s something compelling here or not.

Luftrum creates nice presets. They have a short intro on a new preset pack for Spire which is listed as pay what you want - minimum $5. The samples sound like this is yet another solid synth preset pack. But $5 is hard to beat! https://www.luftrum.com/synthcity/?mc_cid=4058fa1f29&mc_eid=fc813b37dc

Whew! Grabbed Quadra last night. Thanks to Larry!
-
So researching just a little. This YouTube let me hear its potential in a good way.
-
I thought I was done with Cherry Audio (they keep churning them out and I’m saturated). But this truly is a good deal! Thanks Larry!

“Where have you been Zo?”
-
Okay Okay with all this buzz about it now I’ll pay attention. Good to get it when it’s at this better price (today).
-
Thanks @TheSteven Hadn't realized that before.
-
I’ll approach with caution - thanks TheSteven and antler. Glad for the new elements added!

I hadn’t realized they were moving to their own plug-in. That’s news in itself to me.
-
me as well. Still, BF and the holidays have skimmed off any funds I could have used so not able to pursue this time around.
-
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all here! (personally I’ve never received a holiday greeting from Finland before so I’m feeling quite smug)

More knobs from PA! As many knobs as possible!
